Let’s get real about sadness - I’m pausing my TH-cam channel.
😢 Are you feeling sad lately?
I am.
Why?
Because I’ve decided to pause my TH-cam Channel.
😮 😮 😮 What?!?!
Yes, it’s true.
I have decided to invest my energy into deepening inter and intra personal relationships, locally.
The multiple pandemics have been challenging for all of us in so many ways.
In order to heal and transform I am choosing to step away from the online world and towards the natural world.
I will complete my commitment to posting daily one minute practices on my instagram account @kristenpolzien until I reach day 365.
There are so many wonderful teachers for you to enjoy virtually, including my teacher Lee Holden. I hope that you will find your flow with someone who resonates with your Qi.

    I just wanted to thank you for all of your videos. This particular video and your upper body love and lower body love are now a part of my morning routine. They make me feel amazing and have energy. If I don't do it for a few days the heaviness/ depression creeps back in. As soon as I get back do these three videos I feel amazing again.     Kristen your classes are so special! I am learning so much. I particularly enjoy the names of the poses and how I feel after. I was wondering if you have designed a flow for weight loss?
