      Hi, yes it's better but for awhile could barely hear you. I just turned my TV up, no problem.👍 😍

      Thanks for your flexibility, Jeanette. I filmed another practice this morning - Qi Gong for Unity. It sounds like the mic worked. There was a little feedback at the beginning but it seems to be much clearer throughout. I'll await your feedback.

      @@KristenPolzien Your voice is beautiful and soothing, but the volume is a little low. Hope that's an easy fix! :-)

      Take care of yourself, Camden. Healing sounds are essential nourishment when you are not feeling well.

    Hi Kristen, I am a little confused, the people walking by, kind of drowned you out, but when you walked towards the camera your voice got noticeably stronger. I was almost as if the microphone was at the camera. Keep up the great work.

      Thanks for following up, Wallace. Apparently I didn't quite get a handle on this new mic. The sound was from my phone and not the mic :( Hoping to get some help from a friend. Please pray to the tech gods and goddesses for me 🙏

    When i make Qigong i can feel that anger and sometimes Agression in my body. I dont know what i should do with this Feelings. I try to allow me to feel and be good with this feelings. What are you doing when you feel anger?

    • @KristenPolzien
      @KristenPolzien  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question....and skillful response. Anger is a challenging emotion to be with. If we can welcome our anger and see it is giving us information (like all emotions), we are better able to respond wisely and be with the flow of our emotions and energy without overly reacting and draining our energy. There is a great book I would recommend called The Language of Emotions: www.amazon.com/Language-Emotions-What-Feelings-Trying/dp/1591797691
      She says that anger is alerting us that our boundaries have been violated and we need to make a skillful choice to reclaim our boundaries.

      Hi Patricia, thank you for your feedback. I filmed this practice with my new microphone and it wasn't working at the time. I may try to re-film in the future. Please enjoy some of my other practices, in the meantime. Be well ☯️ 🙏
