    Good morning Kristen, Thank you so much for this practice today, it was exactly what I needed. I kept gathering in more and more renewal. I am wood element and I have a tendency to burn myself out with over zealousness. I love the dragon flows in your classes. When I was working on my Ph.D. I called myself the dragon slayer. lol! I love the fountain flow. The cue of "having my head suspended by an old friend from the heavens" was magical and so helpful to me. Thank you again for this practice which has brought me much renewal. Namaste, Melissa

    I adore your qigong sessions. More! More!!! Thank you. I love your unique, happy way of showing us the movements. Also, it is very beneficial that you are explaining where the energy is moving to and from in additional to the mechanics of the flow. I am on day 81 of qigong everyday. It is helping every aspect of my world. I have followed your brilliant one (they are all excellent!) for depression and wonder if you could possibly do yet another one for depression and stress/ trauma release please? Thank you in anticipation. Best wishes to you!! :)

      Thank you Daisy D! Love your enthusiasm for Qi Gong practice. I am humbled by your kind words. I do my best to teach from an authentic energy. Glad to hear that this energy resonates with you.
