    Thank you Kristen!
I love every single qigong routine that I am practicing along you,
but this one is among my favourites.
Your entire being emanates beauty, kind-heartedness, and harmony.
I wish you tones of health and joy!🤗

A great practice, love doing it. My mind and body was somewhere else, away from reality. Thank you 🤗

Thank you for sharing your reflections, Jeanette. Perhaps you were not far away from reality, you were truly in the moment with the practice. That's reality, if you ask me ☺️ Be well ❤️

Dear Kristen , Karen here....( I identify myself because my husbands name comes up ) Thank you for this wonderful class! I love the sounding. The humming with the shaking . Loved the drawing the bow sequence, drawing back to the heart.
The swimming dragon section...oh yeah ...loved all the variations.. those serpentine moves feel right at home in my body!
Oh my gosh ...the flow, the Zen Circles felt so effortless ( one of my favorite flow forms) and I love that you add them often :) into your routines. Your structure and Qi recipe always seem to just be perfect !!
I definitely felt the Harmony as I am feeling into the energy!
    Thank- you Kristen .

Thank you for sharing your qi-filled reflections, Karen. You are cultivating a rich sensitivity to your qi. I'm honored to guide you. However, the wonder of your experience is unique to you. Welcome the awe. 🌟

I felt, that my hip is blocked
That "swimming dragon" is now a favourite practice for me
I thought it's perhaps because i have too much male energy. It was a new experience moving such agile and glibly. It is a balm for the hip
And i'm pretty sure, that this is a great wood energy
Thank you very much for this video

Thank you for your practice and sharing your reflections. Your qi intuition is spot on, Unkraut! Swimming dragon is especially nourishing for the wood (liver) element, which governs the tendons and ligaments. Gift yourself a little (3-5 minutes) swimming every day and your evolutionary flow will surprise you ❤️
