      Thanks, Jon. I can only imagine that your niche struggles with sleep and anxiety. When I was going through my Ph.D. program (15+ years ago) my struggles were righteous. Over time I have found many helpful practices, but none have offered such a comprehensive and natural healing approach as qi gong.     I did this practice last night before bed. I felted relaxed and calmed. I woke up feeling the same way. I feel good💃 I had a wonderful night's sleep.🤗

    Thanks foor this simple easy practice. Question: is the point midway between the ear above the ear or behind it? Can't see that very well.
