    Thanks always for a practice that I can easily pick up at the end of the work day. I Always feel energized but relaxed afterwards. And it clears my head of all the clutter that accumulates over the day.

    Good morning Kristen, thank you so much for this practice this morning. I was going to skip over this class, lol, but I am stepping into some new growth areas in my life that I realized are requiring some "emotional exposure" as you said. Thank goodness for qigong. I love how you call yourself the energy wizard. I call myself an energy alchemist. Loved the bird theme in this one. Baby bird learns to fly resonated the most in my body today.
