    I love the fact that you freely offer up your gifts as a qigong guru without asking for subscription fees to an expensive app. I don't know what I would do without generous humanistic souls such as yourself.

      Thank you for the heartfelt compliment ❤️ I believe there is room for more generosity in all of us. And that we will be rewarded in ways that will serve our evolution. That may look like money, complements, referrals, etc. Thank you for consistently posting a comment. That organically builds the channel reach ☯️

    This video is the first one of yours i have watched. I love your sense of humor. It is so much like mine. I teach qigong and Yoga. I will continue to watch your videos. I also have a you tube channel and I teach a lot for seniors and use a chair. I am a senior so it all works out. Keep up the good work.

    Thank you so much for this Lymph nodes practice. I did enjoyed the lotus with a figure eight on the hips; but the one that made my day was the one where we extend from one leg to the next and then the arms come in, I felt like a ninja warrior oh so powerful! Thank you again.

      I, also, couldn't hear. Unfortunately all I have is a cell phone, so can't listen AND watch at the same time 😂
      Sound is RARELY a problem in my search for Qi Gong channels this 78 yr old can follow, so it's disappointing when I find a "fit" but sound is an issue. 😢

      Sema - to respond to your question - I will as you a question...what time of day feels right to practice for you? I am an advocate of tuning into your internal wisdom to discover when, where, how long to practice. However, I tend to offer practices that can be done anytime of day. I design the practices that are balanced, starting with activation (more yang) and ending with flows (yin). In general, excessive tapping or yang activities before bed may be too stimulating to your energy and too much flow in the middle of the day may not be what you need. Continue to practice and your wisdom will guide you to the best time of day for you - knowing that you can vary your practice throughout the day. Is that helpful?

      @@KristenPolzien I did have a question, looked at your compassion video which also has the armpit tapping, in both u start with the right side then go left, but the left gets less tapping. My question is, is there an importance to starting right, and doing less on the left side?

    • @KristenPolzien
      @KristenPolzien  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good catch! It wasn't my intention to start on one side or the other or tap for longer on one side or the other. I generally don't count tapping duration and go with the flow. If you're feeling a little uneven, you're not alone 😆 So if you want to balance it out you can ❤️ You'll see that I don't get overly detailed with my teaching. I don't have a lot of metal in me. It's fire and wood that fuel me 🔥🌳 and sometimes wear me out, which is why I adore the flows with water 🌊 Keep the questions and practice coming 🙏

    My experience with Qigong is new. I I m in premenopause. I had night sweats and hot flushes that I managed very well with homeopathy. Every time I do Qigong, hot flushes arises again. Why is that?

    • @KristenPolzien
      @KristenPolzien  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for your practice and question, Yasmina. I would encourage you to connect with a local practitioner (acupuncturist or holistic teacher) It may be that the practice is naturally helping you detoxify and this feels like heat rising. We all have unique patterns for detox. One helpful practice to help move heat and energy down is pulling down the heavens. I think I do this in this video. You can also add the triple warmer healing sound Heeee. Try several rounds and see what happens.
