    Good morning Kristen,
Thank you for this practice. I loved the pendulum release for the shoulders, brilliant. I so appreciate your approach to qigong as unlocking our natural healing potential and bringing those energetic imablances back into harmony. I also am just in love with the poetics of qigong, "coming home to the heart" I mean, come on, how gorgeous it that. What a beautiful start to my Saturday. With gratitude, Melissa

Thank you for making time to share your insights with your practice. When we gift ourselves the time to truly connect with the experience our sensation of qi magnifies and we become more skillful in how we apply it's healing magic. We all have the potential to be energy wizards 🧙‍♂️ 🌟

Thank you for your practice and feedback, Linda! Warm and buzzy...ahh. It's incredible to experience your aliveness. We have tremendous potential for healing when we are open to receive and have gifted teachers like Melissa to show us the way in. I'm honored that she connected us and hope you will enjoy the harmony between her yoga offerings and Qi Gong. Please share your reflections as you continue to practice ❤️🙏

Oh my...I love how I am being guided through your videos in what feels like perfect “timing and findings” for me...my right side neck shoulder arm hand went into “gridlock” at work on Wednesday. I’ve been appreciating a few days of stillness with intermittent mindful movements throughout the days and nights. Today my body asked for more movement and I found this video. I will definitely have to be with these flow more often to help maintain my major stress and carrier zones. Thank you 🙏🏻
I am curious as to why during the “Walking the Heart Home” flow my body was “not able to” exhale and inhale as you instructed. My breathing “needed to be” the opposite for me today 🤔. I will look forward to when more of me is in balance and breathing in rhythm with this flow in future practices.

Hmm...that's strange. I thought I replied to your comment before. It's not showing up here. Did you see it? My brief response here: follow the wisdom of your qi and how it is expressing itself. If your breath pattern is opposite from mine, that is your qi telling you that you need to follow a different rhythm. Listen, get curious and see how it unfolds ☯️

Thank you so much for this practice something I really needed. I did this practice in the evening when I got home. I couldn't wait to do it. I had been having pain just on my right shoulder. Doing this allowed the pain to ease up. I appreciate you and the practice it was great!🤩🤗

And I appreciate you, Jeanette! While this practice is a little longer, you can extract pieces out of it for a 5 minute practice 2-3x/day. Keep your shoulder moving with compassion and intuition. Please let me know if you have any other requests! I love offering up what subscribers want :) Health and healing to you.

Thanks so much Kristin, really relieve! :) just a question, in the knocking on the door of life: I couldn't do the looking to the ground, I instantly started to feel a lot of sickness I stopped...it was impossible!! I never felt something like that with qi gong!! do you know what it might be? Warm regards!! xoxo!!

Hi Patricia! Thank you for your feedback. Knocking on the door of life, looking to the ground can be disorienting for some people. The quick movement with the visual change may overwhelm your energetic transitions. Glad to hear you listened to your internal wisdom and discontinued the movement. You could try it with your eyes closed and feel what happens. It's amazing to employ our deep inner wisdom when we practice. Get curious and honor your body, heart, mind and spirit.
