how deep would you say i need for a 10ft by 6 ft greenhouse (onto a 11x7ft) conrete base please ? and a rough idea on cost of the concrete .my wooden base has rotted unfortunatly (did,nt put a downpipe on it 😐) i did concreting on a yts in 1986, but i have sciatica now which isnt fun.

Couple questions- I have an existing base without a DPM so how do I add one which is effective? The 2.5m height rule, as I am using an existing base which is sunk into the ground at one end and not at the other (on slope) where do I start measuring from? Thanks :)

take it you use laminate as its cheaper engineered is much better for underfloor heating and more durable but good job anyway

48:08 Not knocking your work but will that definitely work flipping the DPM up and securing to the walls and putting the membrane over it? In my mind if any water got through the membrane it would catch in the DPM and rot the walls? I hope I'm wrong just curious.

I'm just about to start building my garden room, got the timber just prepping the ground at the moment (as the weather allows). I accidentally forgot to buy the OSB for the roof when I placed my timber order, and I'm glad I did now. I had originally planned to just use square edge OSB but after seeing this video I'll be getting the tongue and groove for sure. Thanks for the video.

Do you vent the soffit as it's a cold roof?

Very nice job helped me with some things I didn't think about. . Just about to start my own Garden office build with cedar and never thought about using corrugated panels for the side and back that is tight up against a wall and out of sight. Might look into this as will massively reduce the price and won't make any difference to the look.

Is it important to use treated timber for the walls? I know the bottom plate in contant with concrete needs to be but can the rest be normal cls or sawn timber? Thanks

Very tidy, I am about to fit this stuff on the front of a house. The length are a max 3.6m and I have about 600mm of area that is 4.2m and runs down at a 45 degree angle. Is there a joint trim for this or what would be best way to achieve seamless finish? I've never used this stuff so it's my 1st job.

Some questions. Should there not be more room at the top of the wall cladding to allow proper circulation of air behind the panels? Also, what steps did you take to prevent insects or vermin getting behind the wall panels from ground level? Should you not apply butyl rubber sealing tape to all sheet-to-sheet and sheet-to-trim joints to prevent water ingress by capillary action?
