Thank you Richard. I try to leave model ten days for the paint to harden. It’s the longest part of the process. I’ve considered an oven or air fryer to speed it up. Hence some times I have to do a fill in video if anything goes wrong.

It’s totally different to the Mk2 in shape. This shape in slightly changed form lasted until 1977. Check Google images 👍

@@andysgaragediecastrestorations no what i mean is that i order a rear side door for a mk1 transit dinky toys and doesn't fit. It seems that there is different numbered transit vans and all of mine unlike the one being restored doesn't have any.

@@darrenclarkson6080 sorry for misunderstanding. Are you going n any of the facebook groups such as the die cast modellers community or digital diecast to ask the question? If not I will ask some experts for you
