Is it my sound or your recording that was choppy: I kept missing the start of things. That wee tanker is a super casting, and perfect for Code3 specials - you've made a lovely job of that one! The spray in the can and a brush trick works well for touching up ragged edges in two tones, and if you do it BEFORE lacquering, the lacquer will smooth out the paint surface differences. I have a Code3 Castrol Dinky Electric BEV Milkfloat converted to Pit Lane and Paddock oil delivery, for Castrol Wakefield and Castrol R, in the same green. That Studebaker does look the dog's bollocks, though!
Sound May have been choppy. I’m experimenting with a new microphone or it was my editing. Thanks for the heads up on it. I think these simple Dinkys are so satisfying to do.
Nice restore. Seen these on market stalls & slightly disappointed how small they are, given they were based on the American Studebaker. When i try touching in with paint from the spray can, i always get a reaction & it wakes uo the colour underneath
Lovely result Andy and just the right colour too. The decals look spot on as well - great resto. 👍👍
Thank you Richard. 👍

Thank you Ian. It doesn’t always work I must admit. If I have a matching pen I would prefer to use that. I have the red one of these to do also.👍
Great job. I love it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
