I Test Drive The ID.Buzz - Will I Be Buying One?

Hey guys and thanks for tuning in this week.
Since the concept VW ID.Buzz appeared on our screens in 2018 on The Fully Charged Show, I knew I had to drive and spend some time in this vehicle. The Buzz has to be the most polarising car on the road in 2023 and in this video I look to see if it's just as good under its bonkers skin, and whether being electric makes it a more exciting package than the petrol/diesel siblings which are still in demand in 2023.
Finally, will I order one?...

Like you Stuart we’ve just got an MG4… great car, great drive… and when you compare the value for money against the buzz… the mind boggles… I think the buzz will be a niche vehicle for bankers to spend their bonus on… think it will be out of reach for most families…. Good video as ever Stuart 👍

It’s unfortunately hampered by average software and no 3rd row of seats - as yet! Meaning it doesn’t give ‘value’ for £60k+.

That car is a full mess like all the ID cars cause it had been outdated at first delivery.
Look how much is changing with the ID 2 All
The battery is too small, consumption too high therefore range missing. Also OTA Updates never had really worked out nor did they deliver as promised each quarter. the whole platform is now 2,5 year old since first delivery.
Far too expensive to get a new one. You are far better with a MG4 and a used TIguan.
