      I can believe it. Did Kathy Smith workouts during my teens and after my 1st child. She kept me in good shape most of my life! Only takes 2months of any Kathy Smith...She is GREAT! 🙌🏾❤

    I'm 52. I have had batwings since I was eleven years old because I was paralyzed from the waist down for a year and used those triceps to lift myself to put on clothes, move chair to bed, etc and then quit using them as I recovered the use of my legs. I am going to do this every day. Thank you. xoxo

    I love this 5 min exercise. I'm 64 and wasnt able to do all chair moves first time, after a few times I got it! Love the abs too. Tk you You for sharing your gift w over 60 yr old women hope to keep their bodies in shape!🙏😇❤

      Those chair dips are really bad for you. Have you seen any of the Bob & Brad videos (both are physical therapists)? I suggest you check out their channel.

    I just love your calming voice. I’ve been doing your arms exercises every other day for two weeks and ow I can lift my garden strimmer to edge my lawn a lot further than I’ve ever done before. I am definitely getting stronger. Thank you for being so positive

    This was a great workout! I have one arm 2” bigger than the other and it is hard to buy shirts, blouses and jackets to fit right because I have to size up all the time. I’m praying that this will work to bring my larger arm down 2 inches

    Started my weight loss/get healthy efforts in February 2022 but found it difficult to exercise. With a loss of 35 lbs due to better eating habits and walking I am now ready to focus of specific parts of my body. Finding this video a great starting point to get rid of my batwings.     I really enjoy your workouts. I do one a day at least with my regular walking. Having a 6 to 15 minute routine is doable with my schedule. Keep them coming!!

    I consistently did this 5-minute arm workout for two weeks. It didn't seem very difficult, so I wasn't sure I was actually accomplishing much. However, today I was at the gym and discovered that some of the arm exercises I do with weights there were so much easier! I have been struggling with those exercises for years and after only two weeks of the 5-minute at home exercises my strength has increased incredibly!

    Whew hadn’t tried this since before my lumpectomy in August! Chemo did a job on my arms, hands Face and just about everywhere lse! My collagen / elasticin pretty well went into remission with my 71 yr old body! But I want my body back so here I am! Treatment is over except for hormone blockers and I’m getting on with the program trying to work back to my Vshred. Ty Sheila💕

    Thank you for all your amazing workouts, I am 75 and I love that they are short- if I feel like doing more I will. Sometimes you can only get in a 5 or 10 minute one but like you say, you are doing something good for yourself. I would rather do three 10 minute ones than not be able to finish a 30 minute one!

    These videos are great because at the time they don't feel too intense which means you can do it everyday without being afraid of being too sore like other videos! I did two in a row the first day and am still sore and skipped a day in between. So, I'm just going to do one everyday and itl be easier to stick to! Thank you!!

    I just found you tonight! What I like most about the 5 minute arm workouts, is that most of them can still be done sitting down! I was severely injured a little over two years ago and one of the injuries has caused an additional medical situation that hasn’t allowed me to get back to my normal activity. Had been getting physical therapy, except for the last month and that has been due to my insurance getting messed up. My therapist has given me exercises to do, but I can’t always do those. I haven’t worked up to doing exercises while standing yet because the medical issue won’t let me, at least not yet. So I do them either laying down or sitting up. I have been wanting to work more on my arms, specifically those triceps…so this is going to be a game changer for me. Interestingly, it wasn’t my arms that was feeling it, but my shoulders…which I am going to have kind of watch…Can’t allow those to tighten up on me or it’s going to make my problem worse. I am looking forward to seeing what this is going to do for me!

    Great workout! Thank you for the chair exercises. I’ve had to switch to chair exercise due to health changes and your videos give me a great workout along with your positive affirmations. Moving forward 1day at a time. 🙂

      me too, we can still exercise! not the same as biking or skateboarding, but still healthy. endorphins are great for pain too! have to remember to pace myself. i've gotten tendonitis, a broken toe, and atrial fibrillation from doing too much too soon. took months to recover, so I gotta learn patience n discipline.

    I’m 37 and I have ehlers danlos. Exercise is critical but too much equals a lot of pain. These workouts are perfect. Love your energy

    I've been doing these bat wing exercises for a week. I don't follow anyone specifically and I like to do them during my lunch break and in the evenings. I enjoyed yours because you had tricep dips. Those really 🎯 the banks of the arms. I'm feeling stronger from the two sets. Thank you I'll do it again.
