I'm 52. I have had batwings since I was eleven years old because I was paralyzed from the waist down for a year and used those triceps to lift myself to put on clothes, move chair to bed, etc and then quit using them as I recovered the use of my legs. Just finished the 5 min bat wing and 10 minute arm workout. I've been going these 4 times a week for about a month and a half. I can see improvement!! Thank you so much!
Whew hadn’t tried this since before my lumpectomy in August! Chemo did a job on my arms, hands Face and just about everywhere lse! My collagen / elasticin pretty well went into remission with my 71 yr old body! But I want my body back so here I am! Treatment is over except for hormone blockers and I’m getting on with the program trying to work back to my Vshred. Ty Sheila💕
I just found you tonight! What I like most about the 5 minute arm workouts, is that most of them can still be done sitting down! I was severely injured a little over two years ago and one of the injuries has caused an additional medical situation that hasn’t allowed me to get back to my normal activity. Had been getting physical therapy, except for the last month and that has been due to my insurance getting messed up. My therapist has given me exercises to do, but I can’t always do those. I haven’t worked up to doing exercises while standing yet because the medical issue won’t let me, at least not yet. So I do them either laying down or sitting up. I have been wanting to work more on my arms, specifically those triceps…so this is going to be a game changer for me. Interestingly, it wasn’t my arms that was feeling it, but my shoulders…which I am going to have kind of watch…Can’t allow those to tighten up on me or it’s going to make my problem worse. I am looking forward to seeing what this is going to do for me!
Just started doing your work outs done the 30 min walking excersice and arms one after I have lung dease but subtle and I have to exercise I tried a few but yours is amazing I'm 57 and I am so excited to continue thank you scotland
I consistently did this 5-minute arm workout for two weeks. It didn't seem very difficult, so I wasn't sure I was actually accomplishing much. However, today I was at the gym and discovered that some of the arm exercises I do with weights there were so much easier! I have been struggling with those exercises for years and after only two weeks of the 5-minute at home exercises my strength has increased incredibly!
Thanks for your positive comment. I have fibro also, and all other workouts have seemed too much. I'm 73 years old and ready to begin letting go of negativity while concentrating on the here and now. I'll keep you posted!

I’m 75 and this is the first of your workouts that I couldn’t do the entire set ( chair one ) I will get there though- I did about 75%- I feel stronger every day! Thank you
Those chair dips are really bad for you. Have you seen any of the Bob & Brad videos (both are physical therapists)? I suggest you check out their channel.

Started my weight loss/get healthy efforts in February 2022 but found it difficult to exercise. With a loss of 35 lbs due to better eating habits and walking I am now ready to focus of specific parts of my body. Finding this video a great starting point to get rid of my batwings. Thank you so much.

Just found this video and I am committed to doing it DAILY from now on. I noticed my horrible loose skin flapping from recent weight loss as I was clapping at my son's wedding (on the video) and I bawled. I am determined to get my upper arms toned again. Thank you for this video!
This was a great workout! I have one arm 2” bigger than the other and it is hard to buy shirts, blouses and jackets to fit right because I have to size up all the time. I’m praying that this will work to bring my larger arm down 2 inches

So lucky i fount you, i suffer at the age of 40 of chronic pain at the lower back, osteoarthritis at the hips, and now problems of arthritis at my arms and hands ... so i fount your videos and are giving me life again. Thank you 🙏🏼 blessings
I really enjoy your workouts. I do one a day at least with my regular walking. Having a 6 to 15 minute routine is doable with my schedule. Keep them coming!!
These videos are great because at the time they don't feel too intense which means you can do it everyday without being afraid of being too sore like other videos! I did two in a row the first day and am still sore and skipped a day in between. So, I'm just going to do one everyday and itl be easier to stick to! Thank you!!
I am 72 always worked out. Went thru weights but years latter found yoga stretching was much better. .Now I workout with you and I love not using weights and or light weights. Good workout !!!!! Your BEAUTIFUL

Well, I could only do 5 of the chair tricep dips. . . .I have issues with my shoulders at the moment. But, at least I managed to do most of the exercises. Thanks so much!
Take I softgel Puritans Pride fish oil and Now ( brand) of omega 3 fatty acids (3 per day) for amazing anti-inflammatory results and I crease reps while decreasing weight until your shoulders get stronger.

I just found this. I like it for so many reasons! It's an easy (mostly) workout, no weights (which sometimes bother my back and neck), and it is short but effective! I am 75, and I am going to try some of your other videos now. Thanks for this video workout! And yes, my arms are burning.

me too, we can still exercise! not the same as biking or skateboarding, but still healthy. endorphins are great for pain too! have to remember to pace myself. i've gotten tendonitis, a broken toe, and atrial fibrillation from doing too much too soon. took months to recover, so I gotta learn patience n discipline.

I just started a new job working remotely from home. Though I love the job, I am sitting in front of a computer for 9 hours ever day. In just a few weeks, I've noticed some yucky changes in my body. These videos are great because at the time they don't feel too intense which means you can do it everyday without being afraid of being too sore like other videos! I did two in a row the first day and am still sore and skipped a day in between. So, I'm just going to do one everyday and itl be easier to stick to! Thank you!!

I am 72 always worked out. Went thru weights but years latter found yoga stretching was much better. .Now I workout with you and I love not using weights and or light weights. Good workout !!!!! Your BEAUTIFUL

Arms not burning but certainly feel the muscles! I m working out already, on my own, therefore, muscles are not novices!

I just found this. I like it for so many reasons! It's an easy (mostly) workout, no weights (which sometimes bother my back and neck), and it is short but effective! I am 75, and I am going to try some of your other videos now. Thanks for this video workout! And yes, my arms are burning.

me too, we can still exercise! not the same as biking or skateboarding, but still healthy. endorphins are great for pain too! have to remember to pace myself. i've gotten tendonitis, a broken toe, and atrial fibrillation from doing too much too soon. took months to recover, so I gotta learn patience n discipline.
