I been doing since 2 weeks and i swear my arm are visibly toned and slim . First it got noticed by my family. It is working and i am going to continue it like this. In 5 years after so much struggle, this is first time that my arms are toned and slim . I do it every day! I am so happy!

I took breaks with my arms at my sides to let the blood flow back. It helps a lot
EVERYONE this is not a joke i've tried A LOT of slim/lean arms exercises, even tried those 10M+ views vids but none of them worked, but this one yall it's effective! i've been doing this exercise for 6days, take note im not doing this everyday i have 1-2days break but u can still see the big changes! thank u so much for sharing this i will do try ur other exercises!!!!

I did the full workout with only one break half way through, and this made me realize how strong my arms are!!! I barely feel anything from this, and could’ve gone all the way without a break. Thank you!!! :,)

Love this workout!! The flow of the exercises never caused my arms to burn and the results are amazing 😁 It also helped loosen up my left rotator cuff, which has been messed up for over a year now🎉
today is the third day that I'm doing this exercise, from yesterday I saw a significant change in my arm, I have to mention that I added these to my regular workouts.
I've started today and I must say😭😭. They look easy but the burn 😂. I never imagined that my arms could be this heavy so I'm gonna start and hope for the best. See you in 2 weeks 🤗

Im in recovery period from my ACL injecctury , the surgency was 5 days ago and now im at home and was trying your workout for the very first time, but i like it very much, because im doing from my bed. Update : My arms have gotten toned a little bit . The crop top that felt tight on arms to me is now slightly loose/ fitted.
I do see the difference however I do not see a large difference such that others can notice it too.
However I know that all these small differences will make a large difference.
If it takes a 100 hits to break a stone then it's not the 100th hit that broke the stone, it was all 99th hits who made the stone weak enough to break it at 100th hit.
So when I will see a huge difference in my arms , enough to others to notice it as well then I'll remember it that it wasn't due to the exercise in that particular week or day but it is a sum of all the workout challenges that I did before.

Well I started the 14 day challenge yesterday and for now what I can assure is that the 14 day one is more intense than this 7 day challenge so it's better to do this challenge first and then to move to next challenge because if you try to move to hard one first then it can be too harsh on your muscles.
just two weeks of doing this and WOW...I'm not even kidding. a lot of my arm fat was just gone. my collarbones are also well defined now...still trying to get rid of some stubborn armpit fat but I'm getting there. I'm not even on a special diet...JUST WOW!!!

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work

Tried this first time today. I never thought I would feel the burn with this workout since it has no weights but it's NOT! It is really far different when you are actually doing it than just watching it. Very helpful. Thank you!

I have my regular workout while watching a different trainer and i felt that i needed an upgrade so i switched to this routine and never expected that it is really intense and i guess, i found what I needed. Haha
Apart from the exercises i really like the song selection, when i feel like stopping i make my mind to not stop just so i could listen to these amazing songs,they are just that good, Thank you so much 💗💗💗
I just completed the workout for the 1st time.. I will say I thought it would be too easy cause I've always heard everyone say weights are the way to go but I tend to get discouraged when I cant compelte a set with weights so I decided to try without weights and work my way up to it. My arms were burning during this workout and will definitely become a daily addition to my workout. I could definitely see this making a difference with consistency.

I love your short 10 to 15 min. videos - they work the whole body, and I can always find time to do exercises. I used to do the longer videos, but life always get in the way, but as I age, I find these short videos are great for flexibly. Thanks Kathy

Obsessed with this! A great burn but didn't throw my touchy neck and shoulders out of place like most do! Plus I was able focus on pulling my abs in, keeping my ribs from splaying out and hips forward. It was like a good posture strengthening plus a safe arm workout. I never expected my arms to hurt this much without lifting weights. Started today and im gonna do this everyday. I dont expect to get lean arms any time soon cause im plus size but i do hope it will help me on my weight loss process
