      Thank you so much! I love your videos! Exercise is so important. I tore two major tendons in my ankle, then broke my ankle five years ago. I gained a lot of weight just sitting for months since I couldn’t put weight on the ankle. I went from wheelchair, crutches to cane. It is so important to stay active, and do PT if it is needed. Muscles are “use them or lose them”. It is hard when you suffer from arthritis to stay moving, but moving keeps me moving! Now I am walking unaided, wear good sneakers for under-pronation and high arches, and riding a trike as much as I can in the hot South Florida heat. I try to get a lot of exercise, and listen to my 64-year young body if I am overdoing exercise. Thank you again. Warm hugs, and hope everyone here stays safe from COVID-19.

    Started working out with you during lockdown after a bad separation and 50 Kg overweight. Now I have managed to lose 35 Kg and I look forward to working out because I feel strong both physically and mentally. Your amazing personality has definitely helped me stay positive. THANK YOU!     Hi Schellea (Your parents pulled out all the stops when they spelled your name:). ) I have been meaning to write this for a long time. Thank you so much for putting these videos together for us. I have just finished the 10 minute standing ab workout, the flabby arms and the toned arms workouts. I do these each morning and they are the first exercises I have really enjoyed and stayed with. I look forward to starting my day with them. 3 days a week I also do the dumbbell 5 minute arm workout. I am pushing 86 and I figure if it is good for 0ver 50's it must be great for over 80's. At my age I will never regain the muscle or tone but I do enjoy getting my body moving and trust it to bring a small improvement. Thanks again sweet girl.

    Hello although I am not yet 50 I have terminal cancer,I have been sent home for palliative care.I have a baby and four French bulldog puppies and so I absolutely can not die.I have started to eat very healthily ,and to start exercising to make myself strong ( I hope).The reason that I subscribed to your channel today is quite simply because I like your lovely face.I attempted this workout earlier and it floored me ,although I had to stop once I did complete the session.Thank you from me here in England,and I am going to stick with this exercise ,God Bless xx

    I just recently found your channel and I absolutely love your 5 minute exercise videos. I am 65 and have been doing the toned arm video for about 10 days and I can already see definition in my arms and the crepey skin by the armpit area is almost gone! Thank you so much!

    Hi Schellea! I'm not in my 50s yet but I had a double mastectomy followed by reconstruction and have had trouble finding workouts that don't require pectoral major involvement. This arm workout is incredible and the burn is REAL!! Thank you so much for making such easy to understand and to the point videos. I'm looking forward to having toned arms again with your help! ❤

      Niki, I had a left mastectomy w/reconstruction in 1988. You should see how my left arm isnot as toned as my right because of the pectoral damage. Doesn't stop & I hope it doesn't stop you. Christine

    This 3 year old one is outstanding. Your instructions were sooo good and constant reminder about activating abs and legs was really really great. Anyone looking for arms with no equipment this is for u. It pays to search back older exercises. 10/10 this is incredible

    Hi, Schellea! I want to share with you and whomever is reading this comment a tip for firming the skin under arms, which helped me toning that area. I used a silicon massage brush, the one used to get rid of cellulite, which you can buy on Amazon. I rubbed/and massaged the arms until the skin became red. I have not done it more than one or two times per week, but still got results.. I used the same brush around my knees, especially on the inner part where I started having pains and it helped a lot. You can also use cupping massage for firming the skin, but btw these two methods I prefer brushing. Cupping can be painful and I am getting bruises very easily. So the idea is to bring blood to these areas. Blood brings nutrients and oxygen and revives the tissues. Hope this helps. Let me know how it works for you. Love from DC.

    I absolutely love your 5 minute workouts. My dedication is so much easier with shorter workouts. I find I usually combine one of your 10 minutes with 2 five minutes exercises. I do the 10 in the morning and then the five minute ones in the early evening😊please continue to add more 5 minute exercises. This five minute arm tone really works my arm were tired but not sore just felt really good … thank you

    This is great. I had a double masectomy in 2015 and lost muscles and tone. It is hard for me to raise and hold my arms up. I love how you teach this. I am unable to jump around, but have been looking for some workout I can do. This I CAN do. I will have to work up to your speed, but that's ok. I am willing to do the work. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Have a great day. If you have any insight for people with lower back pain issues I will appreciate those exercises. I just have to remember to go slow but steady. It is not a race, it is a journey 💗🌞🌷

So many of the exercises and workout programs are NOT for us women in our 50's whose joints are weaker, whose knees can't handle jumping, who have lost a lot of strength.     Been a body builder for 35/ years always used weights so my arms are pretty good but that was a good arm workout I could feel the burn.

    My dog and I went for a walk down to my meditation garden after the workout. I am not a big exerciser but I love walking in my woods. It relaxes my thoughts to be among the trees, and the meandering walk loosens my joints "when" I do exercise. :) Thanks for sharing.

    First time seeing this exercise. It was the third one I did this morning. First time exercising since my husband and I got Covid three weeks ago. We've been walking, but I haven't done any arms exercises, bike, etc. Thanks! I feel so much better doing all these arm exercises.

    I'm thrilled I found your channel! I'm 52 and getting back into working out slowly. I've had a lot of painful down years. I started with this video and am now exercising to about 6 of your vids to date! You are full of fun and childlike enjoyment which is me! You make it fun and exciting and I truly look forward to working out every day. My current focus is those bat arms. Man those are fluffy, soft and plentiful. I'm trying to strengthen my arms and hopefully lose some inches or centimeters. I can tell you that in the few weeks I've exercised with you, my arms are in fact stronger. The sad part, is my 3 younger grandchildren all love my arm chub. They LOVE it and they don't want to see it go. I told them not to worry, I have lots to spare lol. Thank you!!

      My dad told me years ago, moving is the best thing you can do-/ he was talking about a similar inflammatory condition- Bursitis. He was right.

    This is great. Thank you for the timer. It is good for me so I can turn the sound off and not have to listen to the music. Often I find that music most people like really annoys me. lol I’m a weirdo.

    I absolutely love your workouts.. I am 59 and want to get my arms in shape for my 60th birthday.
    Your workouts are the best so have found. You use chai Tia and I love love your rebounding routines. Rebounding is one of the best exercises ever! The format is what I love the most the way you time the exercises and the music and how to roll into the exercises love love it all thanks so much

    Fabulous 50's, thanks for the 5 minute arm exercises. It is certainly the best arm exercises ever because my arms have never looked better. I will continue 5 days of abs workout but will do only 3 days for my arms.

      I put on a short sleeved top and thought Batwoman has taken over my arms ... when I was young I had thin arms which I complained about ... oh, now I wish them back!

    I really like this workout. It's the 1st exercise of any kind that I've done in 3 years (terrible depression) but zowie that was great. I'm motivated to keep going. And yes, my arms are sore. :-)

    Now 70...this was a challenge for me with bad shoulder joints, but I modified somewhat and think I can do it without further damaging my joints. fingers crossed

    This is actually harder than I expected! I’ve realised I need to do more with my arms. I do indoor walking but the arms exercise was a bit harder. This means I need to do more regular exercises for my arms too😁

    so simple, yet so effective. every woman should do these, because it does not bulk you up, but stretches, lengthens, and strengthens your arms. O am just coming off of medical rehab, and although I have worked out with weights before, starting over with these exercises are just as challenging, and just as effective as any exercises I have done before. Feels good -- looks even better!

    I was shocked how much my arms were hurting at 3:00 mark. I just finished my 15 min Happy walk with Leslie Sansone and saw this 5 minute arm workout and thought it would be a good way to add “just five” minutes for my arms. Wow, this was a true workout! ! THANK YOU!! My 60 year old arms needed this - still hurting but in a good way! 👍 Do you recommend adding this everyday?

    I’ve been doing this arm exercise about every day for a couple months now. It’s really helping toning my arms ! All I need is 5 minutes!!!     Oh wow I just found this one. I had tendinitis in my shoulders and have suffered for over a year now. Most things hurt to do especially with my right shoulder and I admit that I am slack with doing my physio excerises. I need to gently build strength and these look suitable. I just did the warm up swing and it really hurt my shoulder but as I relaxed more the pain actually went away! 🙌🙏
