    Morning Lucy 👏 🙌 ❤️ 😘 I did this workout at 6.30 am. I was told a few months ago that I have damaged lymphatic system and no cure. I wear compression now but doing your workout really help me with swelling but this upload worked my arms alot as I was holding them upright and after shower 🚿 and dry brushing the swelling on my arms and legs improved so much as this workout really got my lymphatic system moving, thank you 😘 🤗 ❤️ 😇

    A new favorite! I loved it. The compound moves, length, side steps, timer bar, countdown clock. Time flew by! Clocked 291 calories 🔥 and 1,616 steps. Thank you for the new April challenge! I'll do my best to up my daily step count. 🙂

    1.3 miles and 230 active calories. Not bad for 20 minutes. I love the timer and the counting bar. It would be nice to have a PIP for next move. Thank you Lucy! I love your short and effective videos! Gives me motivation to keep it up!

    Good morning Lucy I have just done and thoroughly enjoyed it. 20mins zoomed past and I did 2700 steps. How amazing to just put arms above head to stretch the stomach, that was so informative. As I am short of time in the morning due to work/school run I prefer shorter workouts but as today is Good Friday a great way to start the long weekend off. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤🙏

    Hey Lucy I have done this exercise routine about 10times now & I plan on doing this everyday until I teach my goalweight which is 128 pounds you said doing this exersise will show amazing results I will hold you to this & once I reach my goal weight I will show you before & after pictures I am also on Golo for life weight loss plan & take supplements to control hunger etc I absolutely love your workout it does a bit of everything using eveypart of your body Thanks for having such a cool & effective way to lose weight& get physically fit & for the last three weeks& for another two oi have to walk up the stairs 4 flights up & down because the elevator in my building Is not working thanks Lucy you are one cool fitness trainer by thevway I love your cat I have two Himalayan cats of my own I will let you know how my progress goes thanks again

    im a mother and im 325 im trying to loose baby weight for this video you burn 130 cal. and in total steps its 2,160.. if you feel like you can go again because its low impact you should. u will burn a little more. Lucy YOU DID IT ONCE AGAIN!!!

    Lucy , I don't know how you do it . I was feeling very meh as joints were aching and really bloated , nearing the end of perimenopause and just not feeling it . Did this and feel so much better . Off to get my cold shower done . Thank you so much for all your content .

    I do all the steps and I screen record it coz easy for me to do whenever I want at any where and I don't have to open TH-cam if just downloaded it 🤭. Thanks Lucy ❤

    Really happy thank you Lucy for these videos. I started with the 5 min then 10 min videos and now was to see I could do this 20min one with you. You have made it so easy and convenient for me to lose cm's from my waist and increase my stamina and well on my way to beating diabetes. 🥰🤩❤💙💯

    Did it with iwatch setting at indoor walk, burned 188 calories , 2.35 km … very easy peasy workout 🥰

    Repeated this workout this morning, after doing it last night. 2,664 steps 139 calories, av 132 bpm. Last night 2,502 steps 143 calories av 136 bpm

    I have been following your workout for couple years now, I have downloaded so many of your workout videos, I started again after couple months of break in February 2023,this Monday I was not sure what type of workout I wanted to do and just saw this video and started doing this I feel amazing,I am going to do this on 2 times a day for 1 week.

    I am a 54 year old female. I was in a car accident back on January 11th 2018, and the impact was painful to where I had to have surgery done on my left leg on March 29th 2019 and every since after the surgery I was exercising even though it was hurting me, but I keep staying motivated.
