    Another super workout- I don’t want to sound melodramatic but you have literally changed my life! I look and feel 10 years younger since starting your workouts. I smile with my eyes and people smile back, I used to feel invisible- no more, I ‘m putting myself out there. I’m wearing my blush and eyeliner and looking good. Best of all I feel great!

    I found you on TH-cam almost a year ago after being told by a physiotherapist that I needed to exercise more intensely to keep Parkinson’s symptoms at bay. I hated sweating and didn’t own any exercise clothing as I thought a leisurely stroll around the neighbourhood was enough. I’m mid 50’s and was starting to have near misses, stumbling on nothing or just my own feet. Now I hardly go a day without doing one of your workouts! I’m doing many of them with ankle weights and 1kg dumbbells as my strength & endurance has increased so much in this past year. I’m saving on massage costs too, as back & shoulder stiffness has reduced so much simply with exercising regularly. Thank you sooooo much!!

    My friend told me about the Fabulous 50s work out. I loved this low impact video. It wasn't 'too much' . it was just enough to make my body feel like energized. Thank you for putting these videos together for us more Mature ladies.

    With a serious back, hip, and pelvic injury, I can at least do most of your non-jumping, beginner exercises. Thank you for keeping people like me in mind.

    My son & I are taking this challenge! CoVID zoom school has resulted in my normally athletic young man spending way too much time sedentary! Our weights were 10 lb & 12 lb dumbbells...his feedback was "Woo hook, I am out of shape! My arms feel like jelly, and this is for 50s? Respect earned!!" Thanks for a great starting point!!!!

    I'm only 31, and I just love your workouts. Such a varied selection, never get bored and it was thanks to mum that I'm now getting a workout done everyday. Started the 14 day challenge this morning. Oh, and after three days of your workouts last week, I have lost 1.7kg, so something is working ♥️♥️♥️

    Following the 14 day challenge. Hooray, a workout for my 58 year old body. Gave up the gym a few years ago after knee problems. Lost some weight, been walking but just need to increase fitness and do some toning exercises with age appropriate exercise.

    Hi Schellea and fabulous ladies... gosh it isn't easy trying to get into 'shape' is it? I stumbled on these workouts purely by accident some weeks ago and I have fallen in love with them. The mirror can be a tough place.. so I only look when necessary!! During this time, I will simply put one foot in front of the other and just do it..come what may. Thanks for the videos and making the workouts DO-ABLE!

    I have done a variety of your workouts the last 6 days - and I am hooked. It usually take 3 weeks to create a good habit. I am literally looking forward to “our” daily workouts. They are fairly easy for me ....been doing yoga and I have been quite active, but have noticed as I am getting older (62) years young next month I am stiffening up......this REALLY helps and I am planning on getting rid of 12 lbs....in the next 3 months. Today I did one of your 30 minutes followed by this 14 day challenge....feeling awesome. Thank you so much Schellea you are truly fabulous great, inspiring, and your positive attitude is contagious. ❤️

    Just redid from day 1 since I didn’t do it right. I realized you gave instructions in the video on how to follow along. Sorry I spaced out and had to ask. This challenge is really life changing. It’s giving me so much motivation to stick with it and do all the workouts. I usually only do 2 videos a day.     💝It has only been a couple/days since doing this wonderful 15 minutes, yet somehow ,fresh off it as I am, how am I wondering "Why don't I do this one more often?" Raising my hand-- I know the answer: Because there are so many great workouts to choose from here. 💝I feel like woman I have become:💝 More confident because I'm in such better control of my body than in decades.     This was fabulous! And I was able to do it even with my injured hand! My lovely golden retriever Louie dislocated my finger while we were out for a walk a few weeks ago - the squirrel won lol
    Anyhow - it put a damper on my yoga workouts but this I was able to do - thank you so much ☺️
    I truly feel blessed to have found you - been subscribed for a while now and absolutely love you!

    💝I like to think I'm not easily surprised. But: After thinking I haven't done this one in a while, found myself amazed, not so much how I was able to keep up(yay), but that I just did this kind of late(5:00 pm)! Taking that a step further, dare I consider maybe this is yet another advantage of having the habit of doing these workouts daily-being able to think a little more creatively? Like not being shocked that I didn't run out of energy yet today. Note: I do know the reco. to maybe not workout within 3 hours of bedtime. Maybe I'll just have to stay up later, haha.
