Hello Shelly. I have been working out with you for about 2 years. I had a heart attack back in April. I am so happy to be getting my strength back to working out. Now my doctor has given me the ok to use weights. Whoohoo!! This morning the 10 mins, arm tone with dumbbells (triceps, biceps and shoulders) using 4pound dumbbell, I feel so good. @@Mandyd192My arms and shoulders have really improved in the last two years, I've been working with Schellea, I love her! But no matter how hard I try my bat wings won't go away. There is muscle underneath but on top is flabby skin 😢. I'm quite thin too, but that's how it is for me.

Love your channel. Whilst you can put off exercise saying I don't have time, these short 5 mins I started doing whilst doing things in the kitchen. This then led to me being motivated to make the time for the longer ones. Now I don't go a day without doing one of them, short or long. Great strategy. Would love to be able to buy your swing gym tops, can't find them anywhere! Keep up the great work!!
Hello from N S. Just turned 79 end of Oct. Yesterday was able to pick up a 14 kg bag of dog food, put in cart, then into my car. Have 3 and 5 pound weights. Time to get some 8 pound ones then advance to my 10 pound kettle bell. Thank you for all of your videos, I start my morning with you. So sorry about your pet, love seeing him in the videos. Hi Shelley, I’m 65 and I have lost 39.5 lbs and I want to lose 10 more pounds and I am working out every day but I want to see more definition in the muscle. I want the crepy skin to look defined not flabby and wrinkles. Can you tell me what I need to do? I do this workout and your full body, 7 minute sculpt for legs and butt, 20 minute ab. I just feel like my skin is still flabby but I feel the muscle and I am eating mostly protein. Anyway i need to get back to this workout and wait for your reply. Beautiful Kim, congratulations on your weight loss! You should be so proud of yourself. To build more muscle, we need to lift a little heavier than we think we can , and eat enough protein to support muscle growth. I would recommend you doing the 30 minute full body workouts with dumbbell weights, three times a week and increasing the amount of weight you are lifting. Your increase can be done very slowly and safely but if you’re not challenging the muscle with a heavyweight, your muscles will adapt. The ultimate goal is to feel good, so if you’re already feeling good and losing the weight you are “there” And now comes stage two, doing a deeper dive into your body composition, by adding more challenge. It’s not necessary to change up what you’re already doing, but the options there if you’re up for it. Keep up the great work. ❤️
