I m very much benefited by this exercise and also getting perspiration rather more than heavy exercises. I hd been Undergone Open heart surgery in August 23. But I m very comfortable with this exercise. Thank you very much Madam I m doing all 15 exercises with video. But I want to ask you whether can I change the sequence of exercise eg. Widening of legs and arms can be done after 2nd work out? And touching toe after touching knee/ leg exercise. So that I may able to remind the exercise without video. Pl advise. Awaiting reply. Hi, I just turned 70 and I walk 1 hour a day and do chair yoga. I felt I needed some aerobic exercises though to become stronger and energized. I've been doing this workout every day for two weeks and the 15 min walking workout. Amazing. I can notice so much difference in that short time. My waist is back, my stomach is flatter and my arms stronger. Brilliant. I've passed it on to so many people as well.
@@nygal6288 I've always had a big stomach even a a teenager. I look about 6 months pregnant and it' feels quite hard. It's not gone completely but it's smaller and softer now so I can hold it in and it's not flat but smaller. I was cutting my food portions down as well which helped, I didn't diet I just ate less at mealtimes. I do both exercises everyday and my clothes feel and look better on me now. I stopped doing them during the winter and I did put a lot back on so I started again last week and already I'm seeing a difference so it definitely works for me. Keep going and good luck.

I'm only 30 years old, but illness has left me very restricted as far as fitness and exercise goes, and I just wanted to tell you that this is such an incredible video. Not only do I feel like I've had a workout (I'm sweating!), but I feel better about myself. You have such a kind and supportive demeanour and what really hit home for me was when you said to say three things that I'm proud of about myself out loud. I realized I don't often say things like that out loud and you really put a smile on my face. These workouts don't look like much but they help train the muscles. My back muscles need to be trained. A couple of years ago I could do all the machines at the gym. When I do these exercises, especially the twisting ones, I can tell my muscles are simply out of shape and need to be strengthened. And when trying exercises like these I know there were muscles that I did not train with the other exercises. Tons of different muscles that need to be trained with different exercises.

I'm 73 and everything hurts! The pandemic means I've been unable to go to the gym, take water aerobics classes, garden (it's winter in Michigan), let alone even walk most days. Every other exercise I've tried has hurt my neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees. I am forever grateful for having come across you and this chair exercise. It is great to have an open mind about exercises. I used to be totally bummed when I could not do certain exercises due to health issues. But with the multitude of exercises that are now on U Tube, there are no more excuses.
I’m 72 and have always been fit until my husband had a stroke. Cared for him for two yrs and did NOTHING to work out. I used to run 3 miles a day and did many 10k runs. So…here I am post hip replacement four weeks ago, depressed but I found your workout and I’m going to give it a try. So far I LIKE IT A LOT. Thanks so much for no gimmicks no endless talking just a great workout. I’ll stick with it and pray I get out of this rut.

I cannot believe how challenging this work out was! I am pouring buckets of sweat and it was all done sitting down! Just goes to show you how we can really get a great workout without having to actually run! I gave up jogging a long time ago. Too hard on my joints, knees and most of all my mammas. i gave up running 13 years ago because of health issues. Started walking instead. In the beginning i didn't like it at all. I felt very old. It was boring, hahaha. I missed the feeling that running gave me. But than i started to walk a little faster (6km an hour) and that gave me back the feeling that i was actually training. Now i do 5 or 6 km an hour. Depending the time of the day and where i walk. if its a workout or if i want to enjoy the beach or the woods.

I lift weights for one hour 2-3 times per week and I found this very challenging and LOVE it. I have C5,6,7 moderate degenerative joint disease and floor crunches hurt my neck. So, this wonderful workout helps so much and I'm sharing it with all my clients! Thank you!

I absolutely love these sit-down exercises because it allows me to do them throughout my workday when I have breaks or just need a break!! I also find I am more conscious of pulling in my abs when sitting, not only at my desk but anywhere!!

I am 69 years old. I have been suffering for more than two years with intense pain in my legs and buttocks. Have been through physical therapy and many doctors appointments. After doing this once, the pain lessened and my cane was not necessary for most of the day. This is day four and my days are mostly pain free. AND any discomfort I do experience is very mild to what it once was. I carry my walking stick to go shopping for the just in case of it. I no longer look for the electric cart! So very blessed to have found you. Thank you!

2021 has been quite a year for me. A stroke then a car accident. Recovering slowly and these exercises are helping with coordination and strength. So hang in there everyone and thank you for this great workout.
I am nearly 68 years old and have had multiple surgeries. I am horribly out of shape and overweight. I have looked all over for exercise videos that I could do. Congratulations on doing the workout! It takes time to build your fitness and strength, so take one day at a time, and aim to do a little bit better than did yesterday. The hardest part is getting started, and you’ve done that already… you’ve got this ❤️

I've been doing this workout for 5 days now and I love it!! I'm sweaty and out of breath by the end of it and I definitely feel it the next day. Got that right, let's get real. We all have some sort of health issues we need to deal with. Lately I have noticed some disgusting videos that are supposed to be exercise videos, but show young girls in compromising poses. Just yuck, let's get real and focus on these beautiful exercises ladies can follow along with.

This was a great work out! When you said "seated", I was all in. Lol. This is a wonderful change to what I normally do. I'm going to keep this in my rotation. It was challenging and I struggled with certain moves which means different muscles were being worked. So glad I found this and I will be sharing it with the ladies in my family.

I've been doing this workout every day for two weeks and the 15 min walking workout. Amazing. I can notice so much difference in that short time. My waist is back, my stomach is flatter and my arms stronger.

I've always had a big stomach even a a teenager. I look about 6 months pregnant and it' feels quite hard.
It's not gone completely but it's smaller and softer now so I can hold it in and it's not flat but smaller. I was cutting my food portions down as well which helped, I didn't diet I just ate less at mealtimes. I do both exercises everyday and my clothes feel and look better on me now.
I stopped doing them during the winter and I did put a lot back on so I started again last week and already I'm seeing a difference so it definitely works for me.

I'm only 30 years old, but illness has left me very restricted as far as fitness and exercise goes, and I just wanted to tell you that this is such an incredible video. Not only do I feel like I've had a workout (I'm sweating!), but I feel better about myself. You have such a kind and supportive demeanour and what really hit home for me was when you said to say three things that I'm proud of about myself out loud. I realized I don't often say things like that out loud and you really put a smile on my face. These workouts don't look like much but they help train the muscles. My back muscles need to be trained. A couple of years ago I could do all the machines at the gym. When I do these exercises, especially the twisting ones, I can tell my muscles are simply out of shape and need to be strengthened. And when trying exercises like these I know there were muscles that I did not train with the other exercises. Tons of different muscles that need to be trained with different exercises.

I'm 73 and everything hurts! The pandemic means I've been unable to go to the gym, take water aerobics classes, garden (it's winter in Michigan), let alone even walk most days. Every other exercise I've tried has hurt my neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees. I am forever grateful for having come across you and this chair exercise. I'm really going to try to work off my horrid new COVID belly by doing this every day! Thanks again!!

It is great to have an open mind about exercises. I used to be totally bummed when I could not do certain exercises due to health issues. But with the multitude of exercises that are now on U Tube, there are no more excuses.
I’m 72 and have always been fit until my husband had a stroke. Cared for him for two yrs and did NOTHING to work out. I used to run 3 miles a day and did many 10k runs. So…here I am post hip replacement four weeks ago, depressed but I found your workout and I’m going to give it a try. So far I LIKE IT A LOT. Thanks so much for no gimmicks no endless talking just a great workout. I’ll stick with it and pray I get out of this rut.

I cannot believe how challenging this work out was! I am pouring buckets of sweat and it was all done sitting down! Just goes to show you how we can really get a great workout without having to actually run! I gave up jogging a long time ago. Too hard on my joints, knees and most of all my mammas. i gave up running 13 years ago because of health issues. Started walking instead. In the beginning i didn't like it at all. I felt very old. It was boring, hahaha. I missed the feeling that running gave me. But than i started to walk a little faster (6km an hour) and that gave me back the feeling that i was actually training. Now i do 5 or 6 km an hour. Depending the time of the day and where i walk. if its a workout or if i want to enjoy the beach or the woods.

I like this kind of workout because I don't feel pains in my lower back or hips.
I lift weights for one hour 2-3 times per week and I found this very challenging and LOVE it. I have C5,6,7 moderate degenerative joint disease and floor crunches hurt my neck. So, this wonderful workout helps so much and I'm sharing it with all my clients! Thank you!

I absolutely love these sit-down exercises because it allows me to do them throughout my workday when I have breaks or just need a break!! I also find I am more conscious of pulling in my abs when sitting, not only at my desk but anywhere!!

I am 69 years old. I have been suffering for more than two years with intense pain in my legs and buttocks. Have been through physical therapy and many doctors appointments. After doing this once, the pain lessened and my cane was not necessary for most of the day. This is day four and my days are mostly pain free. AND any discomfort I do experience is very mild to what it once was. I carry my walking stick to go shopping for the just in case of it. I no longer look for the electric cart! So very blessed to have found you. Thank you!
Having spinal stenosis standing up/walking/running is very painful so this chairobics workout is just great!

2021 has been quite a year for me. A stroke then a car accident. Recovering slowly and these exercises are helping with coordination and strength. So hang in there everyone and thank you for this great workout.

I did this workout on a yoga ball instead of a chair to add some extra difficulty. It was a great workout!

I've been doing this workout for 5 days now and I love it!! I'm sweaty and out of breath by the end of it and I definitely feel it the next day. It's the perfect work out to do before I take my daily walk. I just turned 50 and it's been challenging to find an ab workout that isn't for 20 yr. old size 2's. ( c'mon, let's get real). Got that right, let's get real. We all have some sort of health issues we need to deal with. Lately I have noticed some disgusting videos that are supposed to be exercise videos, but show young girls in compromising poses. Just yuck, let's get real and focus on these beautiful exercises ladies can follow along with.

This was a great work out! When you said "seated", I was all in. Lol. This is a wonderful change to what I normally do. I'm going to keep this in my rotation. It was challenging and I struggled with certain moves which means different muscles were being worked. So glad I found this and I will be sharing it with the ladies in my family.

Omg!!! YOU are Fabulous!!! I am 66yrs with Fibro, sever nerve damage in both arms & legs. C2 ~ C7 are all damaged (inoperable)L3,4,5 the same. Sciatica, etc. Not looking for sympathy believe me!!! I’ve lived with all of it since 2001.
