    Eva, if you don’t like working out try walking. It’s a truly underrated exercise and you can go at your own pace.
    I just listen to music, the radio, a podcast or an audiobook while walking.
    I started with a walk to my junction (just 10 minutes round trip) 3 days a week.
    Once that became a consistent routine, I started adding 2mins to my walk time every week or every other week, depending on how I felt.
    When I got to 30mins consistently 3 days weekly, I added a 4th day.
    Now I’m up to 1hr walks each weekday and going to add Sunday to the mix since I have more free time then.
    Slow and steady wins the race. Start with the easiest possible workout for the shortest time you can manage. Even if it’s just 30 seconds to 2mins, it’s better than doing nothing. Then gradually add on as you become consistent. 💕

    Facts! I do periodic fasts and when I tell people that we aren’t meant to really eat 3x a day everyday they tell me I’m starving my self.
    In order to go into starvation mode your body had to use all its resources first and the avg human who’s not overweight is carrying 100k calories on them in fat.

    I have literally sat here and watched ALLLLLLL of your videos. I am on a weight loss journey too and am so glad that I found ADF. I too found out about ADF thru Collen....she is sooooo amazing! Her voice, her vibe alllll of that. I get the same vibes from you too. I loved every minute of your journey!!!! Your right the weight just falls off you...I am definitely taking the color chart from you, I made mine yesterday, and I am taking the Fasting schedule you use. I think I'll like that better. My family is very active on the weekends with sports and I want to be involved 🙃...anyways thanks for your amazing content...-💜Nurse MJ

    Girl, I feel the same. When people hear me saying ADF. They immediately go to " stop starving yourself". Annoying. Anyway, I am week 3 on ADF, my knee is feeling soo much better.❤ Scale is not moving, but my non stretchy jeans are looking great🎉

    So I just started the same schedule because I have a hybrid schedule with my job M, W & F are my fast days as well, but I'm taking supplements everyday. I had headaches but now since then I'm feeling better. Awesome motivation

    Thank you so much for these two Q & A videos! So much useful info in them, thank you for sharing it with us 😊 I've been trying to do ADF for the last 3 weeks and I still havent lost anything yet because I keep eating on my fast days. But I'm going to keep on trying and I know I'll crack it. The biggest barrier is the mental one but I feel like I'm getting there with it!
    I've taken your idea of the chart with all the numbers between where you are and where you want to be and I've put it on my fridge door. Having a visual thing I can cross off for each step is a great idea

    This is so helpful. Especially not having rigid fasting windows. In general, I fast 36-40 hours…yet, not being strict makes sense!

    Hey Eva really love your videos….. so I have severe menstrual cramps and have to take a lot of pain killers during my cycle,,cus of the medication I also have to eat more than usual ,which is a lot for me because i rarely eat three whole meals a day but during my period I eat three whole meals and constantly have to snack to keep the pain at bay .it’s really hard to get back on track with fasting after my period. Do you have issues fasting during your cycle ?Do you have cramps? Do you have any tips for me.?

    Are you breaking your fast with certain foods? I can't break my fast with sugar. I feel terrible.

    Wow! What a great year you’ve had! I’ve been fasting for 3 days now. I’ve drank water and had one half of a banana one day and half of a pickle the next. It’s so difficult but I’m working up to eating nothing ❤❤❤❤

    A lot of ppl think regular daily fasting is starving ..I ignore ‘‘em all ..I do 20:4 daily
