I want to find fasting program that I can stick with. And be calorie deficit and maybe keto cause the consistent and fast weight loss. I’m thinking omad or ADF or 18:6 or 20:4. I’m beginner so maybe 16:8. Which one is good for healthy and fast weight loss? Is keto hard ?
Hi. I know you didn’t ask me but keto is surprising easy when done short term and you should try that with a 16:8 plan to start and then movie up to longer periods of fasting.
You made Omad complicated you didn’t need to do all that at all …you just eat till your full I lost weight fast you have the option to eat dirty or clean both ways you lose the weight the same. Cuz I ate clean and my sister ate dirty in we both drop a pound in a half every day.
