    I fast exactly like you. I fast MWF, I don't restrict myself on feast days, and if I have to break a fast, I don't try to make up for it, I just keep going with my fasting schedule. It's been 4 months and I've lost 22 pounds

    "Don't go at it based on Motivation, go at it based on Schedule. Motivation may fail you, schedule will not." -> This quote is the best I have ever heard w.r.t intermittent fasting. This helped me personally a lot.

    Omg so glad to see your video. I try and keep that same mindset about fast days, it's non-negotiable cause that mind is sooo powerful it will have you eating EVERYDAY. I tried the fasting schedule like you did but it didn't work to well for me so I have to stick to the actual ADF schedule. I have slowly been seeing results, but some progress is better than none. Your gonna get that 145lbs girl you got this!!!! I am vein too. I have 4 children and I don't wanna look like it, i wanna look like a video vixen to match how I feel in my head lol -❤NurseMJ

    Love your way of thinking! Just fast, just do it! I don’t tell people especially family that I’m fasting. Too many questions & negativity. Enjoyed your video.

    You look really good! I did ADF last year for 5 months. I ended up getting low potassium. However, I lost 12 pounds the first 2.5 months. That’s probably not a lot for some ppl, but I was happy. It’s been a year now since I did ADF. I wanna try again !!

      Coconut water is great for potassium without having to eat bananas. Congrats on your progress.

    Happy to see your post🤗 One of the things that really hit home for me is just do the fast on the scheduled day. Don't overthink it because the brain will try to tell you otherwise, just do it!

      Technically it does break my fast, but it’s one of those things I really just don’t want to let go of LOL.

    Im'm new to your channel and your ADF schedule is the same as mine. On the weekends I do a 16:8 fast and on my fast days I find that I must drink electrolytes, otherwise I love the ADF! Do you exercise at at any rime? Thanks for your answering questions it was helpful to learn more about your ADF journey.

      I have started exercise many times lol but i always stop. So in short, nope no exercise. Good luck in your journey!

      @@evamolly1731 this is comforting because part of me wondered if a BUNCH of crunches and squats were the reason your stomach went down. Mine is partly down, but not yet at my previous norm.

    How is your back and ??? Did you loose back fat . And did you loose arm fat??? I am so insecure about these two parts of my body .

    I’m feeling so sad today I just broke my fast at 11:30 because my husband bought something I haven’t eaten in a long time and I just ate two 😢what can I do to stop sabotaging my journey..I really wanna loose weight I weigh 85 kgs and I really wanna loose weight to be healthy and not get tired when I pray with my kids …this is so sad I have been trying to loose weight but it’s just not happening 😢

      Tell your husband your goal and ask him to help you by not bringing extra for you to eat on your fast days, or extra snacks for you.
      Tell yourself "I've already eaten that, I don't need it now."

    Hi Eva! At what month/ week do you think the binge eating passed? Also, have you experienced any hair loss?

      From what I've read longer fasts are sometimes associated with hair loss.
