It took me about 2-3 months to stop that hoarding mentality. Once in a while I’ll still feel like saving a particular thing to eat tomorrow, but that rarely happens now.
I'm on my 2nd week of adf. And love it. My mum is also doing it with me. She was diagnosed with parkinsons so hoping it helps her 🙏
How is ur mom doing? Is she still doing ADF?
