    I'm on my 2nd week of adf. And love it. My mum is also doing it with me. She was diagnosed with parkinsons so hoping it helps her 🙏

    Thank you for sharing your journey, how long did it take you to see the change in your mindset about food ?

      It took me about 2-3 months to stop that hoarding mentality. Once in a while I’ll still feel like saving a particular thing to eat tomorrow, but that rarely happens now.
