    If you think this does nothing - I did it yesterday…. Sweating like an animal after 30 mins and can’t walk today- it was very effective - when my body is sore I know the workout is creating change ! Thank you so much Eleni

      I feel you 😂.. I did 15x squats and 15 sumo squats (with 6kg dumbbells ) and doing this hiit after. What a killing and sweating hiit workout..thank you...see if I can walk tomorrow 😂

    I just completed 25 minutes of this workout and I've burned ~400 calories already and still counting. My heart rate was constantly 150+ for most of this workout. I usually do low impact 15 min cardio and strength exercises on alternate days and this was my first attempt at this long workout!I have an ACL injury which restricts me from doing jumping exercises and I don't like to starve myself to restrict my calorie consumption to a great extent, so this was just what I was looking for to get a significant calorie burn! 😮 This was great, thank you so much!

    Ohhh my god people
    This is so intense for me today's my first day and I can only do for 30 minutes. My legs are sore I couldn't even come down stairs after doing this. I recently gained a lot of weight and I don't like it I wanna get rid of extra inches and get in shape and get healthy. Tomorrow I'll try to do the whole workout. I'm ready determined for loosing weight before graduation. And only 4 months are left.

    I've been doing pilates for years (the tough sort) instructed it too, along with other forms of exercise and I can't believe how much this works for me. After the gym closed, where I worked I got into a lazier training habit but I've done this little vid 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks and I can see a difference already!!

    I personally really enjoyed this workout. The first 20 minutes really flew by. I was really sweaty at the end, but I felt that it was worth it. I really liked the fact that at the end the exercises were a little bit easier, so that I could wind down from the intensity of the previous exercises. I would 100% recommend this workout!

    I’m 62kg and 170cm and I burnt 470 active calories (530 total)!! I completed all exercises and same amount of reps as Eleni other than 2 exercises (front kick) that I am not allowed to do due to a hip injury. Thank you! :)

    This was a great workout! It was good for cardio, but also good for the mind- body connection. Some of the moves were unusual, which made my brain have to think and pay attention to keep up the pace! My 63-year-old brain needs the challenge. Thank you!

    Wow this work out really tests your stamina! I did it with 5 pound dumbbells and a resistance band to add some intensity to my workout. After 20 minutes I was drenched in sweat. I’ll definitely be doing this in between my gym sessions.

    Just what I was looking to do following a PT session with dry needling in my traps. I wanted to sweat but not put weight on my arms or jostle about too much. This was perfect.     Grateful for your workouts. With this one I feel like I can get up from my desk at any time and start one. It captures that good feeling of having moved in the day. No pressure to be super strong and lift weights just feel good that I moved my whole body without any impact. If I feel strong I can do something with more impact next or just take it easy. I love it.

    This was perfect, Elini. I have a knee injury that has been preventing me from doing a lot of my usual workouts, and so I was looking for something that would give me a good burn without aggravating my knee. The only exercise that bothered it a little--and not that badly--was the hamstring curl. But overall, this was a fantastic low-impact routine that has become one of my new faves!

    Wow! New subscriber here who loves workouts but has shoddy knees, this was simply wonderful! Will definitely be incorporating this in my fitness routine! By any chance will you be doing a 60 minute version or this or a 1000 calorie version? This is absolutely incredible!

    I redid this after months, no idea how many calories I burned but I forgot how sweaty this no jumping hiit is...am sweating all over and there's sweat in my eyes as well... I especially like how you designed the squat related movements since they're very fun to do :) the high knees and kicks as well! Thanks again for all your efforts in making us healthier people.
