I started out with your intense abs workout and I must say that I enjoyed it. But because I am getting my body back into shape after 15 years of low activity, but I did not make it to the end of the video, however I made it to 7mins into the workout. I will push myself tomorrow. Thank you guys for helping me reach my goal of a healthier me.
Started working out with this video on 1st of Oct 2024 with 76 kgs 5mnths of C- section and I'll update this comment with weight on 1st of Jan 2025 Please like the comment bcz I may forget my target 😊
I decided to take care of myself at the beginning, calmly now with your exercises. Needless to say, there were tears. I started recording every workout. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Day 2 of the first week.
I've only started this Monday, but I can already say that this workout is a life changer. I'm planning on doing it 4 times per week on days I'm not working out in the gym and I'm really looking forward on updating my progress here!❤
This is the first hiit/cardio video that actually made me sweat! I had to stop around 13 mins in for a min extra little break but then got right back into it! The warm up and cool down was great too and I feel like it’s the perfect amount of time to squeeze into my day! ❤️
@@002gaurav yeah of course hiit is perfect for that. ive been doing hiits like this for a while and it makes significant difference over time. just stick to it
I am surprised I have never seen a workout so professional and complete at the same time. The time is at its correct point and the fact that there are strong, gentle and modified exercises allows you to go at your own pace and understand each of these exercises. I'm glad I found that youtube channel, keep it up guys! they are the best.
Day1: I kind of can't believe that I actually followed through the whole video. Eventhough I took way too many pauses and eventhough I butchered many exercises along the way. I am still glad that I was active for 20min. Your exercises were fun so that helped alot! Day2: I paused only twice today and I think that I did a better job than yesterday and I forgot to mention that I love your cool off routine!
I'm 5'5 and 170 pounds. I've been a smoker for 8 years (I'm 26 on Tuesday, been smoking since 18). I don't have the body I want and my lifestyle needs a big change. I tried this workout tonight and it kicked my ass. I could barely keep up with Toya. I'm out of breath and I definitely do not feel great, but I know doing this routine will help me get to where I'm trying to go! Thanks for the video. I'll post again in 30 days and let you know how it goes!
Challenge day 3- done! I’ve never been a fan of cardio workouts but I enjoyed this one! Any workout with no repeats is a great workout to me. I like to do the move and be done.
I did this workout routine since January to May for up to 5 times a week, and I ate whatever I wanted LOL. I lost about 5 kgs but my body was toned, got abs, breathing better and most importantly I felt so strong. Then I had internship for 3 months in which I had no time or energy left to do this workout and I bounced back. Now is August and been doing it again! Feel much better everytime I finish. I target about geting to 58 kg (I need to lose around 8 kgs for this but I am optimist) Thanks Juice and Toya, u guys are lit!
I really like how they often show two varied versions of exercises based on fitness level/ability. As someone who is very overweight I can follow their HIIT perfectly and complete it until the very end without feeling like I’m gonna fail, while some HIIT workouts I either can’t do properly so end up giving up or are too advanced for me and makes me feel a bit deflated rather than accomplished. I’m losing a lot of weight by copying these videos and I can’t thank them enough for it!
By far my new favorite workout! I loved the short breaks and exercising for longer periods of time, it kept my heart rate up and I got a solid sweat! 🔥🙌🏼
Week 1, Day 3 [26/04/23]; Workout completed! I just saw my comment from the last challenge and dear me, it's still 20 eternal minutes, but this time we ACED most of the exercises except hand & shoulder tap 'cause my shoulders hurt. So, to anyone seen this; keep going, you'll get stronger and healthier. :)
I’ve been eyeing up this workout and I’m gonna start tomorrow! I’m 23 year old and sadly sitting at 285 LBS.. I’ll do anything to lose it at this point. I hope if I do this everyday along with the 20-4 intermittent fasting, I’ll see results!! So excited.
I'm 59 years old and get through the 20 minutes sweating like I've never sweat before. I love the workout and can see the difference in the way I look. Thank you so much guys.
I already see this in a lot of the comments, but I love how there's no unnecessary talking and I can just focus on my own breathing and movements. The gradual buildup of intensity makes it easy to adjust to the workout, too. Definitely adding this video to my routine!
Your videos are the BEST I've found. Short and sweet for a busy person. No talking, clear timer on the side that beeps 6 seconds before move is up so you don't have to constantly keep your eyes on the video so you can give the exercise your full attention. Then when you hear the beep, you know to get ready for the next demo and move. Quick preview of next exercise so you know what your next move is before the timer starts instead of wasting the first half of the exercise trying to figure out how to do the move. Also the line at the bottom of the screen telling you how much time is left so you don't give up if you are tired. It clearly tells you how much time has elapsed and how much time is left. GREAT JOB!
I am in China right now - everything is pretty much locked down and this workout saved my mental health today! Thanks for such a great workout I loved it so much!
I have struggled with exercising for so long now. I can truly say I enjoyed this so much! It was just the right amount and timing per exercise for me to begin. Looking forward to doing this again tomorrow Thanks guys
Thank you for giving a small window preview of what exercise is coming next with real-time transitions to move to the floor positions and real-time to raise up again to standing positions.
This workout was perfect to get me back into a routine. I thought I was going to pass out after the first set but I followed a semi modified version for set 2 and made it to the end. Thank you!
That is so great!! How are you doing so far? I hope you know that posting this comment leaves room for accountability haha. I want to see you do great and not give up regardless of how rough the journey seems!

Haven’t worked out in 6 months. This was my first workout. It was great! Not too hard but hard enough to make me angry at how I let myself go and ignite my passion to lead a healthier lifestyle. Thank you so much!
You both rock as a couple, as instructors as human beings. Thank you for your commitment to improve others health and providing free content where possible. Much appreciated, Juice and Toya
I have done several of your workouts now. Thank you for making them so clear and concise. Honestly, I absolutely hate working out but you two make it tolerable for me (which is saying A LOT!). The way you have constructed your videos make it easy to follow and no complicated moves. So thank you, thank you!
So happy I found y'all. I prefer to workout from home, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm happy I can be guided, without talking, and the music is great as well.
Just turned 70 and am embracing my life with new strength and adventures. I have ben working our for years and just discovered this workout - I LOVED IT!!! Thank you for this workout, it is deeply appreciated.
Great workout. I've been doing this every morning for 2 months now. I love that it's very complete, using the whole body, and that I can intensify or slow down the effort by following either Juice or Toya. Lost lots of weight and toned my whole body. Although the actual real effort lasts only 16 minutes, I always finish in a sweat; exhausted but at the same time - bursting with energy for the day. I drink over a liter of water during pauses (middle and end). Thanks again for posting this.
This was awesome!!! The workout was 100% legit!!! The production was very clean and not too much. I wish I could put 3 thumbs up.... oh wait, I can 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🔥🔥🔥

As a beginner, I had to stop a LOT in the second set, but this workout is totally doable and I love that. I´ll do it every day, and if possible, two times a day. I´ll update my progress below. The pressure helps. Thanks a lot for this workout. RESET 2 Week 1 Day 1 (Dec 30): Done Day 2

This is by far the best and effective hiit workout for me, it’s easy to remember, no hard moves, and good for beginners who start working out at home 🥰
I can’t explain how much how I’m grateful for this workout. It was awesome with the guides showing the next steps. Not to mention it had me drenched in sweat at the end! I love it and will do over & over again‼️‼️
Starting this 11/11/24 8 months post partum of a c-section. Will come back to give an update 1/1/25. Like this to keep me on track of my target as I may forget to update. Thank you 😊

Hey! I know that sort of "bored" feeling! I got it on runs sometimes and I know I could push harder but I feel so much like just stopping. Something I do is remember that I chose to do this, have probably been thinking about the run since the previous afternoon or longer, if I planned for a really long run. What I do is think of that, that this is what I want, and I just try to keep my feet moving with my head pointed towards the sun, distracting myself by focusing on form and or by weighing the pro's and cons ( especially during the uphills or hard spots) of stopping/keeping going. Dont worry about it too much but keep following whats in your heart and head because life is so damn short! So long as there is life there is hope, also if you get bored before even starting think about what things you find fun and maybe incorporate them during or postpone them until after a shorter workout again and again until you feel motivated to do what you've been determined to practice. Best wishes. Haha procrastinating here, but going now myself!
I've been there, I used to watch something at the same time to not get bored (a movie or a tv show) Now after working out for 2 months, I no longer get bored, I started enjoying the process
Whenever I feel unmotivated, I make sure to either 1) stop and take rest (I don't push myself too much). People who push themselves crazy in the beginning are much more likely to feel so uncomfortable from working out that they give up very soon. People who take things slow are people who actually do it consistently, the key to success. People who push themselves hard are usually fueled by motivation, a fluctuating hormone that nobody can depend on for long-term success. People who take things slow and enjoy the workout and don't push themselves too hard can depend on discipline as well as not torturing themselves so the discipline isn't as difficult. or 2) I keep telling myself how my body feels so great from the endorphins and that I love working out until I feel more motivated. Feel mindful about how great your body feels because you usually feel good while doing a workout.
Best workout for beginners. I am doing it since June 24 and I just loved it. My body is well toned now. And I lost some extra KGs. I only do this excercise without any food restrictions. ❤
Juice and Toya - this is definitely a routine this 65 yr old can manage. I had to modify some of the modification moves just b/c I don't have the strength or ability (yet) but I love the energy. Different and a step up from what I've been doing. My only suggestion would be to toss in a couple reminders to suck in the core, inhale/exhale or other posture positive tips (not a lot just here and there). It's a keeper and going into my saves. Blessings to you both
Quite honestly one of the best workout vids. - No insane stuff - Great variety of exercises - Perfect timing - Good warming up & cooling down - Clean edit Keep it going, only adjustment for me would be cooling down exercises without laying on the floor. I don’t like to lay down all sweaty after workout xD
After trying tons of videos this one is my favorite. It get my heart beat going but it feels easy on back or joint problems. I also loved the stretch section at the end. Can't wait to try the other videos.
I lovvveee this workout. I do it all the time. One of my favorite things about Juice and Toya is the music that they have !! It’s not the cheesy elevator music, it’s actually super cool!! Highly recommend this.

I’ve never done HIIT before and I really liked it and you two are awesome. I’m 58 and on the path to getting back in shape I’ve lost 15 lbs and now working on toning and strengthening my muscles 💪. I was in amazing shape in my 30’s and 40’s and felt great then I started a new job and it all went downhill from there for 6 years I put up with such mental abuse from that place finally my Dr. advised me to leave that place and I did. I have a new job for over a year, I’m loosing the weight I gained all those years and getting back in shape and I feel great 😊. Thank you and I will checkout your other videos. 👍
My younger brother introduced this workout for me recently. I started practicing it today and I can bear it. Thank you for your demonstration and I will keep going.
Did this for one week and I lost 1kg meaning if i keep going in a years time i could possibly lost 12kg! These videos are great most definitely not boring which keeps me motivated to finish them! On the first day i could barely keep up and now I can almost keep up 100% the last move I replaced it with star jumps for now hopefully I will be able to do that move soon and not have to pause the video at all 😁😁

Started working out with this video on 1st of Oct 2024 with 76 kgs 5mnths of C- section and I'll update this comment with weight on 1st of Jan 2025
Please like the comment bcz I may forget my target 😊
Started October 4, also 76 kg. No good excuses for my overweight. Let's do this travel together!

Sorry for my ignorance but what is 5 months of c- section ?
I know c-section surgery, pregnancy, but what is the 5 months about ?
Also good luck 🤞
Started 21st Oct. 72kg after 2 babies in 2yrs. Want to drop down to 58kg. Let's see if I can do it
Starting tomorrow! October 22nd, need to loose about 15-20 kgs, it’s been a rough journey, but I know I can!
I decided to take care of myself at the beginning, calmly now with your exercises.
Needless to say, there were tears.
I started recording every workout.
Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Day 2 of the first week.

amazing, you can do this! you got this, nobody said it would be easy but you're already a winner for taking this giant step!
You still been at it?
I've only started this Monday, but I can already say that this workout is a life changer. I'm planning on doing it 4 times per week on days I'm not working out in the gym and I'm really looking forward on updating my progress here!❤
This is the first hiit/cardio video that actually made me sweat! I had to stop around 13 mins in for a min extra little break but then got right back into it! The warm up and cool down was great too and I feel like it’s the perfect amount of time to squeeze into my day! ❤️

Am I the only one that falls more and more in love with this couple every time I workout with them? This workout was fire! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I am surprised I have never seen a workout so professional and complete at the same time. The time is at its correct point and the fact that there are strong, gentle and modified exercises allows you to go at your own pace and understand each of these exercises. I'm glad I found that youtube channel, keep it up guys! they are the best.
Was surprised as well .. best feeling ever
I will try to do this for a month

Day1: I kind of can't believe that I actually followed through the whole video. Eventhough I took way too many pauses and eventhough I butchered many exercises along the way. I am still glad that I was active for 20min. Your exercises were fun so that helped alot!
Day2: I paused only twice today and I think that I did a better job than yesterday and I forgot to mention that I love your cool off routine!
Keep going!!!

How's it going? Wish you the best health. GOD bless

Say No 2 internship, keep up the good work!!!
Does this exercise also help with arm fat?
Thank you, inspired me to start. I'm very depressed bc I can't lose weight no matter what I do
This is my workout routine since january up to now. Thanks for this, I lost 9kgs. ♥️

Who else is here from TikTok ☝🏾

By far my new favorite workout! I loved the short breaks and exercising for longer periods of time, it kept my heart rate up and I got a solid sweat! 🔥🙌🏼

If you done this more intensively Than you are no more an Beginners 🔥 Good Job ☀️
I like how there is no repeat of exercises, so my mind stays active and focused on what I'm doing - thanks!
GREAT JOB!
As a beginner, I love that I can swop between moderate and advance in 1 workout. Thanks Guys! You are both amazing!
I am in China right now - everything is pretty much locked down and this workout saved my mental health today! Thanks for such a great workout I loved it so much!
I have struggled with exercising for so long now. I can truly say I enjoyed this so much! It was just the right amount and timing per exercise for me to begin. Looking forward to doing this again tomorrow
Thanks guys
first workout that I can follow along with. First day starting my workout journey. Wish me luck
You got this!!!!!😊
Good luck 🎉
Thank you for giving a small window preview of what exercise is coming next with real-time transitions to move to the floor positions and real-time to raise up again to standing positions.
So glad you found that helpful!!🔥
This workout was perfect to get me back into a routine. I thought I was going to pass out after the first set but I followed a semi modified version for set 2 and made it to the end. Thank you!
Same here! But I told myself I could do the 2nd Set :D

Hello rachelwoody how are you 😊👋🏻

I have done several of your workouts now. Thank you for making them so clear and concise. Honestly, I absolutely hate working out but you two make it tolerable for me (which is saying A LOT!). The way you have constructed your videos make it easy to follow and no complicated moves. So thank you, thank you!
So happy I found y'all. I prefer to workout from home, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm happy I can be guided, without talking, and the music is great as well.

This is by far the best and effective hiit workout for me, it’s easy to remember, no hard moves, and good for beginners who start working out at home 🥰

I’m still doing this workout faithfully, I am now down total of 30lbs!!! If your looking for a sign to start your weightloss journey this is it! It works, love this workout!
For me the hardest part is not my body but how I motivate myself mentally and not get bored of doing workouts :(
same!
I've been there, I used to watch something at the same time to not get bored (a movie or a tv show)
Now after working out for 2 months, I no longer get bored, I started enjoying the process
Lol same
Whenever I feel unmotivated, I make sure to
either 1) stop and take rest (I don't push myself too much).
how many times a week do u workout to this video? and do u repeat the video twice or just workout to it once?
@@ghitabenzakour5092 3 to 4 days a week and only one time. It is the best exercise. I see results on the 2nd week.
3 days a week with no repetition. I lost almost 3.5 kgs in a month. My body is so toned that everyone noticed.
Does this exercise also help with arm fat?
@@rimasmossa1823 yes its best for whole body.
Blessings to you both
I’m 64 and love doing your strength, Hiit workouts. This one is a really great and efficient work out. Love your videos. Thank you!
Quite honestly one of the best workout vids.
- No insane stuff
- Great variety of exercises
- Perfect timing
- Good warming up & cooling down
- Clean edit
Keep it going, only adjustment for me would be cooling down exercises without laying on the floor. I don’t like to lay down all sweaty after workout xD
After trying tons of videos this one is my favorite. It get my heart beat going but it feels easy on back or joint problems. I also loved the stretch section at the end. Can't wait to try the other videos.
so glad you enjoyed it! 🔥
That's perfect because I have a bad back and arthritis knees..I'm trying to slowly get back into working out
I lovvveee this workout. I do it all the time. One of my favorite things about Juice and Toya is the music that they have !! It’s not the cheesy elevator music, it’s actually super cool!! Highly recommend this.
Same thing she said; I'm a newbie and the music is on point or should I say off the hinges!!!
