  • Today's NO REPEATS workout is an intense fat burning HIIT style circuit. We are alternating strength and cardio focused exercises and combining a series of movements to create one seriously sweaty workout from home! Adding dumbbells for resistance will help build strong, lean muscle while body-weighted, explosive type movements will help improve power, burn fat and create tone and definition. Let's do this team!

    I love this one!! I’ve been with you since January 2020, you helped me get through a broken foot with your 12 week workout program, although I did modify some things.. I’ve been following your no-repeat workouts consistently, especially through quarantine- I do your workouts after my online boxing class, or after my socially distanced boxing class, or after running. Thank you so much for these videos- finally, after 12-16 weeks, I’m noticing a difference in the way my body is looking, and I’m so happy!! I just turned 45, and I’m only getting stronger.     Been doing her workouts 4 days a week since May and I am so thankful I found her channel. I get frustrated hearing people talk during workout videos but hers are perfect! It’s so straight to the point. I’m down 20 pounds. My new goal is another 20 pounds, so here I go again! Wish me luck

    This is really leg-focused. Not a negative or positive just an observation for people choosing which workout to do! My watch says I burned 317 calories. Love the no repeats. Thanks Heather.

      mines was 190 and i even jogged during rests :( -!still love the workout!- tho i just dont know why my apple watch always says i burn so much fewer than everyone else

      According to my Fitbit, despite all the sweat and without modifying any exercise, I just burned 270 calories :(

    I loved the format of alternating strength and cardio! This one was tough! I used 15# weights. It’s crazy when you think high knees are a somewhat rest cycle, lol. Thank you Heather, this is one of my favs!
