Thank you, Heather!! Just finished it and dripping sweat. My favourite kind of HIIT: weighted strength intercalated with cardio =) it's the one i find more effective, specially when i don't have much time to exercise.
I just finished this workout and it was AMAZING! I hardly ever sweat from a workout and this one left me sweaty! I LOVE your workouts and channel Heather. They have been a lifesaver for me especially during the winter months and during Covid! Very grateful.
Love the warm up but really LOVE the cool down. It's a prize for me, I adore the relaxing moment of stretching with you! You should include more full stretching videos in your workout calendar! Love you honey 🤗💚🌼
