  • No jumping and no repeats in today's Low Impact HIIT workout! We are using dumbbells in today's sweat sesh for added resistance and intensity. These total body low impact exercises will get that heart rate up and help to build lean muscle and burn fat without jumping making this an apartment friendly and joint friendly session.     Hi Heather...not sure if you still see these comments 2 years later..just had to let you know this is my 'go to' workout if I just need to push myself to do something. I live it, doesn't totally kick my butt, no repeat so I don't get bored and I feel great when done! You are one of my many blessings Heather😊
