    Anna, you have been key in my journey back to good health. From 238 pounds and very ill in the hospital with pancreatitis, hypertryglicerides, and diabetic ketoacidosis to 152 pounds, no insulin, tryglicerides of 49 versus 8,500! Thank you for all your content and doing it right along with all of us. Grateful.

    You kicked my ass coach. That was very difficult to finish, I almost gave up after round two, I looked at the clock and thought "you have nothing more important now than giving love to your body through movement". Really grateful to you and my body for allowing me to perform each exercise.❤️❤️

    Great workout.
    I am a 50 yr. Old male who weighs about 198 lbs.
    I expended 574 calories between the warmup and actual workout. I got to 67.6% if my Maximum Heart Rate.
    The 🎶 was real motivating. Thank you Anna for publishing workouts like this. I follow you and a few other You tube exercise gurus.

    By the way , on New Years eve In the evening I did another one if your workouts then I did this one in 1/1/22.

    Took some breaks and let some time go by just drinking water or breathing, but did it through the end! One day, I'll be able to complete this even without variations.     my soul almost left my body. i couldn't get myself to go further than 36 minutes. great burn. i think i'll add by 10 more minutes every routine instead of jumping to 60 minutes right away.

    Ending my 2021 with Anna is amazing! The last few minutes of finisher was tough... I was thinking to myself these few minutes seems like it's taking forever especially with no rest.     Was it fast, not enough. Was it burning.... absolutely. Were there repeats .... none whatsoever. Was it sweating dreanching..... breathless and targetting all muscles groups. But most of all burpees included... yipeee. Loved it so much. Happy new year all

    Thank you Anna! I had a much better year thanks to you. Since I couldn't run due to a knee injury and many sports were closed, I didn't know how to spend my extra energy and stay fit and mentally healthy. Before knowing your channel, I had no idea you can spend so much energy and become strong while staying home.     Oh my my! The whole time during this workout I was thinking "Uhm, where's the part that makes you feel like your heart's about to explode? 👀".
