Wow the end was so hard, im so happy I completed this! I remember when I first tried one of your workouts I had to simplify almost all of the moves just to get through the workout and it was only 30mins, now I completed this whole thing with no extra breaks and only using simplified versions on a few of the moves. Thank you so much!!

@@Ruangpana they lost their weight in fat and gained muscle. so maybe if you combined this with strength training aimed at a particular group of muscles, say abs or thighs, you'll see more definition there... basically you'll be more toned

I enjoyed this workout a lot, even though in the last 5 minutes, I had to stop several times!! Holy cow! That was amazing!! Thanks Anna. My Pace 2 says I've burned 1500 calories, that's almost the same amount of energy I burn when I run a half marathon. Insane!
Lucky you! My Apple Watch says that I only burnt 360 calories. However, I'm 5'1 and I weigh around 50kgs. Trying to get back to my initial weight of 45kgs but it takes longer since I burn less. However, in my half marathon (finished in 1hr50mins I burnt 1,200 calories)

OMG I was not gonna do this one, I was like 60m min is waaay to long... And then I decided to challenge myself and man alive I'm glad I did! What a feeling of accomplishment when I reached the end. Part of this challenge was definitely the mental hurdle of overcoming the "I have to do 60 whole minutes of continuous exercise". Thanks for an awesome workout!

Absolutly the best. I dont know how many times i did it but every time i cant wait at the end session with burpee. Love it so much better than squat or lungee. Last time almost 900 kcal did it. Need more 1hour hiit workout. ;)

I use to struggle so much doing the 30 minutes workouts from her, and now I can finally finish this workout with a smile of satisfaction and even with a bit of energy. And somedays I still have the energy to go outside and do a walk. I've been doing her workouts for almost a year, and my energy improved so much and I'm happier than ever. I don't even bother about my figure anymore because being able to do this and a lot of other stuff is such a good feeling

Hi Team! My name is Anna and I just recently subscribed to this channel. I am also a sophomore in college and run cross country and track, but I love these workouts for strength and endurance training when I have a little bit of a offseason and my body needs a break from running. I know I am a little late to the party by just doing this video, when it was filmed 7 months ago, but I am super pumped and excited to be a part of this community!
I did it for the first time and had to stop after 20 minutes. It's super hard!!! I don't know how you guys made it but I hope that I'll be able to do the whole workout one day

This is one of the best from your workouts. I extremely liked it because too much crunched in this workout. The best was one leg burpees not able to manage it but overall awesome. I repeat it almost every day.
i'm super proud of myself for completing this 🥺❤ and the burpees at the end were so unexpected omg! the one leg burpees made me think that i was about to fly (though i don't know if it was bcs of the movements or bcs of my dizziness 😂) great workout! will try doing this every mon wed and fri!

In the morning i was searching for a good 1 hour workout and Anna already posted it, so i was like what you waiting for and instantly added it in watch later list. I was reading through the comments and many of them not mentioning the breaks they took in between made me think twice . In the afternoon i was a lil confused on whether to do this or not and guess what i did it😭🥺 ily anna❤️ (I took many breaks in b/w but pushed it till the last!) Anna we really want workouts like these. I mean a mix of everything in 60min. Hope you'll come up with 1 hour workouts soon. I can't find any better workout than her's after finding her out. I Dont feel condemned without doing her workout a day.( Growing anna's workout a day keeps the guilts away😜)
That was incredible and so much fun. I was just thinking, just complete this exercise, ok just complete this exercise and lo and behold i finished it. So much sweat, so much challenge and then you feel amazing when it's all done. Warm-up, main work-out and cool down/stretch in one killer video is just super. Thank you Anna.

Absolutly the best. I dont know how many times i did it but every time i cant wait at the end session with burpee. Love it so much better than squat or lungee. Last time almost 900 kcal did it. Need more 1hour hiit workout. ;)

@@b1xssom838Well, is about consistency. I use to struggle so much doing the 30 minutes workouts from her, and now I can finally finish this workout with a smile of satisfaction and even with a bit of energy. And somedays I still have the energy to go outside and do a walk.
I've been doing her workouts for almost a year, and my energy improved so much and I'm happier than ever. I don't even bother about my figure anymore because being able to do this and a lot of other stuff is such a good feeling
She created an easy workout to do but the one that makes you fell the burn❤

Hi Team! My name is Anna and I just recently subscribed to this channel. I am also a sophomore in college and run cross country and track, but I love these workouts for strength and endurance training when I have a little bit of a offseason and my body needs a break from running. I know I am a little late to the party by just doing this video, when it was filmed 7 months ago, but I am super pumped and excited to be a part of this community!
I did it for the first time and had to stop after 20 minutes. It's super hard!!! I don't know how you guys made it but I hope that I'll be able to do the whole workout one day

This is one of the best from your workouts. I extremely liked it because too much crunched in this workout. The best was one leg burpees not able to manage it but overall awesome. I repeat it almost every day.
I am happy completed. My first tried one of your workouts i hand to simplicity almost all of the moves just to get throughout the workout.

In the morning i was searching for a good 1 hour workout and Anna already posted it, so i was like what you waiting for and instantly added it in watch later list. I was reading through the comments and many of them not mentioning the breaks they took in between made me think twice . In the afternoon i was a lil confused on whether to do this or not and guess what i did it😭🥺 ily anna❤️ (I took many breaks in b/w but pushed it till the last!) Anna we really want workouts like these. I mean a mix of everything in 60min. Hope you'll come up with 1 hour workouts soon. I can't find any better workout than her's after finding her out. I Dont feel condemned without doing her workout a day.( Growing anna's workout a day keeps the guilts away😜)
