    Just remember everyone... completing these workouts at her pace takes someone in reasonable to very good physical condition! No shame at all in going half speed or taking a few extra rests! Don't be discouraged the goal is to just keep moving!

    At 30 minutes I genuinely thought I'd give up. I didn't think I could finish it. But I just kept pushing. It was torture but here I am at cooldown and I'm so so proud of myself. You are really motivating Anna! I love working out with you❤️

    This was AWESOME, I did it while fasting - your title is deceiving...No jumping doesn't mean the workout is going to be easy... this workout kicked my BUTT and I was sweating. I was also happy about the ab finisher - I didn't have to do a separate workout! THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT CONTENT!

    Great class, Anna. We've done some of your workouts in the past, but I'm nursing a bad knee injury now and needed something with high sweat that was easy on the knees. This was perfect.

    I like how you work through the muscle groups in designing your workouts - definitely a full-body workout - thank you! I was a little caught off guard by no warmup, but I had walked my dog beforehand, so I guess that counts. :) I have neck issues, so holding my head up for the entire ab finisher is not safe for me. So I just modify and support my head with my hands when I can. Thanks for your wonderful positive commitment to the fitness community!

    I usually don't repeat workouts, but I really wanted to see whether I can do this better than last time. And the answer is yes, I felt so much better the second time! I'm currently living for 1,5 months with my aunt and uncle in an apartment, so I shouldn't make unpleasant noises to our downstairs neighbours. So, no jumping workouts are perfect! 😙
    This whole video is so aesthetically pleasing, the structuring is very great, the music is nice. Thank you Anna! 🍍💗

    Anna, I’ve been doing your workouts for over a year now & I just absolutely adore you!!!     Wow I really love this workout. I try to do it at least once a week but on good weeks 2-3x I feel so much stronger and fit. I'm 6 months pregnant so I do it at my pace but it's definitely getting me ready for labor. As I gain belly weight doing this is just making me even stronger bc I'm carrying extra weight lol. So after the baby I should be STRONG! 💪🏽 I had my husband do it with me too he loves it as well and tries to do it once in a while. He likes to box and he said this has helped him a lot in the leg area. 👌🏽

    Just over 2 months ago I completed this workout for the first time. It was so brutal. That was at the beginning of me starting #75hard. Today I completed this workout again to see how my strength and fitness has progressed, and it was way easier! I've also lost 16 pounds since then. Consistency pays off. I'll be revisiting this channel more often!
