Great observation.may be she need those breaks to perform well for the vedio.if not she might look like the rest of us strugling to position well. So guys dont worry and dont compare your performance with fitness instructors

you should do it for yourself and for your own health, not for others. im not trying to be negative, its amazing that u lost weight, but its just easier to mantain it when you make it an everyday thing and not some diet and intense working out that you do to prove yourself to others
@@Bbok4r1i do other videos from this channel, theres also chloe ting and pamela reif. i would recommend walking atleast 1h a day, drinking a lot of water and eating high protein food like meat and eggs. and also dont make it be your diet, cs if you plan on mantaining the healthy weight you have to continue your new habits, so make it your lifestyle yk just change sweets with fruits and things like that

I undertsand she wants the best burn for us but honestly guys if you feel like you absolutely need a break, don't overdo it, pause and resume at your own pace. Don't be too harsh on yourself and risk injury.
I have142lb weight . Now 137 lb. I have done this workout for 2 weeks , 4 days in a week together with 6- 18 hours fasting. Actually I start fasting from October. Set 1: You're pumped up ready to go, this set is nothing. Set 2: Ok it's getting a little harder but you're still on board. Set 3: I want this to end so bad but I want to work my abs next too... Set 4: Now that was tiring but I'm most of the way through so I may as well continue... Set 5: Just goes by so fast. Set 6: Nice and relaxing set and you're super glad you worked out!
I’m 14, I remember doing this workout for my very first workout but once I realized I couldn’t go any further than 24 mins, I set a goal to work my stamina up....it’s been 2-3 weeks and I can finally do this without having any problems! 😩😭 And mind you, I USED TO NOT BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AT ALL!! I did this workout today and it burned 700 calories. Totally shocking for me. Emi is one of the best coach I would tell. I have been following her videos for quite few months now. Lemme tell you guys. The reason you don't like burpees is NOT that you can't do them. The reason is that you just don't want to do them. I promise you; if you stop hating them, they will get easier!!! And it's no big deal if you can't do 45 secs, just do a few (just as much as you feel comfortable with). Little steps! This is always a better option than just not doing them! IT WILL GET EASIER!!
I have a torn ACL. I literally can't do them. But I do a modified version where I step out. People should definitely do what they can, but some people actually can't do them.

I drink smoothie and after 30 min i exercise. this can be done in the evening as well. just have a banana or smoothie 30 min before workout. reduce your portion in every meal so that you are calorie deficiet. and dinner avoid carbs. avoid added sugar and packaged food.

I loved this. I forced myself to get out of bed and do it in my pj's, I'm surprised I could finish this. Ive been struggling with depression and I always quit workout at the 20% mark (even the 10 min videos). This is my favourite depression workout

For everyone who's checking comments if it's gonna work or not...trust me it works!!!..last year I was 68kgs..I was worried as well..I used to check comments whether workouts work or not. I would give up easily..but emi's workouts give me so much motivation n happiness. It sure was hard for me at first but trust me u will see changes even if it's slow. So I suggest u to go for it!
Just sharing - I've actually been doing workout videos of other influencer for around 2 months but didnt see apparent changes on my weight, although my waist and love handle have gotten a bit slimmer. So I switched to Emi's video for a change. I've been doing this 1 hr workout almost everyday since late July, sometimes if I feel tired or on my period I would do the 30mins/ 45 mins workout instead and I haven't been on any diets (but i've cut down on snacks). I've lost 2 kg since, although it's not a huge drop my body is definitely toned right now and my abs are also apparent. My mum has been doing the 30mins workout everyday for 4 months and she has lost several kg and gotten fitter (and she is 56 and I am very proud of her :)) Before I was really focused on the weight but focusing on this will actually get you discouraged as muscles weigh a lot more than fat. So keep working out because it will definitely pay off!!! I will finish the workout in one go without pausing and will do more stretches afterwards and in the morning :) Hope it helps!

I have been doing this workout for abt 3 weeks or so, and my belly has gone down by a visible amount, and I also lost 1.1kg. I never believed that I could lose weight (this is legit the first time I lost weight in my whole life), but you showed me that with perseverance and a little bit of discipline, I'll be able to reach my goals. This workout is especially good for weight loss, at least for me. For anyone who doesn't know, fat is expelled mostly when you breathe, so when you come across workouts like these that move your body and give you a tolerable shortness of breath, you know you've found a good weight loss exercise.😁

First day doing the workout and I was drenched in sweat for sure. It’s really good and yes I did stop a few times but I didn’t let myself stop for more than like 10 seconds. It’s challenging but it’s doable I encourage everyone trying to lose weight to give it a go and don’t give up because your worth it and you deserve the body of your dreams❤️
When I started eith Emi's workouts, I could barely get through one of her 10 minute leg workout for beginners videos. Now a year layer, I just finished doing this workout with added weights for the first time! Don't give up, the you might not notice the progress immediately but that doesn't mean it's not there!!
Two weeks ago, I tried this for the first time. No matter how determined I was, I couldn't get through the ab section. After dieting and exercising every day since, I decided to try it again. As I'm typing this, I'm out of breath and drenched in sweat, my muscles are sore all over, but I made it to the end of the workout. It's incredible what your body can do when you commit yourself.
So I'm not sure if this helps but I can't do any high impact exercise due to nerve damage and have to take it easy, so what I do with any of the jumps is I replace them with walking, so for example Burpees I'll do a walking burpees, and jumping jacks I'll do a walking variation, same as high knees and skater I'll do the moves but not the jumping etc, I know it's not quite as effective but atleast we are doing it :)

Started at 30mins exercise, I started my weight lost journey 7months ago with a starting weight of 103kg then now I’m 90kg a verrrrry slow progress my weight fluctuates a lot. I hope this exercise will work for me! Despite of having a depressive episodes everyday i still found myself getting up to exercise hehe ^.^
Am from kerala. Big fan of u emi. You are the best coach i had ever seen in my life . Am already slim weighing 45 kg but due to lock down my weight increased upto 50 . For those who are wondering about total calorie burn - I've done this workout multiple times (~ 6-7 now) and max (active calories) I have burned is 437 and the minimum I have burned is 342. It just ranges on how hard you push yourself that day and being strong enough to do every exercise for the full amount of time. Hope this helps someone! (:

For those who needs motivation read this!!. DO NOT GIVE UP no matter WHAT. Hardwork pays off. I know it's hard but trust me one day you'll get what u wanted I was also body shamed but look where iam ryt now I was 57 my families friends were body shaming me but now iam 42kg and no one dare to speak to me. I don't like to lose weight but i wanted to show them that i CAN also be skinny. No matter how potato shape ur still love urself. Exercise to get active not to lose weight if u think like that then eventually u will get ur body but plss dont push urself since I experienced it iam telling u it can couse injuries to ur body. Slow and study wins the race. UR BEAUTIFUL PERSON THAT I eVEr SAW. you should do it for yourself and for your own health, not for others. im not trying to be negative, its amazing that u lost weight, but its just easier to mantain it when you make it an everyday thing and not some diet and intense working out that you do to prove yourself to others
@@Bbok4r1i do other videos from this channel, theres also chloe ting and pamela reif. i would recommend walking atleast 1h a day, drinking a lot of water and eating high protein food like meat and eggs. and also dont make it be your diet, cs if you plan on mantaining the healthy weight you have to continue your new habits, so make it your lifestyle yk just change sweets with fruits and things like that

I have142lb weight . Now 137 lb. I have done this workout for 2 weeks , 4 days in a week together with 6- 18 hours fasting. Actually I start fasting from October. I’m 14, I remember doing this workout for my very first workout but once I realized I couldn’t go any further than 24 mins, I set a goal to work my stamina up....it’s been 2-3 weeks and I can finally do this without having any problems! 😩😭 And mind you, I USED TO NOT BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AT ALL!! Like at all 😭, so the fact that I’m finally being active and trying to better myself makes me feel good 💀, also my mental health and mood has improved since, every time I wore my cloths I always felt too big in them and insecure, now I’m so down to earth about my appearance, and I’ve been feeling much more happier and proud of myself then I was before, I also noticed that my stamina has improved so much since before, I’ve also been trying to eat healthy and that’s been an even bigger confidence boost for me, I also noticed that my double chin has gotten less noticeable which is something I think is nice, so yea, if I can do it, you can too!! last time I checked I weighed about 167, and I’m 5’3, I’m going to buy a weighing scale soon too to check my weight, so yup 🐝

My class is at the top most floor usually, but some classes are on the ground floor, some on the 3rd, some in another building + going up and down fro lunch and breakfast. I did this workout today and it burned 700 calories. Totally shocking for me. Emi is one of the best coach I would tell. I have been following her videos for quite few months now. Lemme tell you guys. The reason you don't like burpees is NOT that you can't do them. The reason is that you
just don't want to do them. I promise you; if you stop hating them, they will get easier!!! And it's no big deal if you can't do 45 secs, just do a few (just as much as you feel comfortable with). Little steps! This is always a better option than just not doing them! IT WILL GET EASIER!!
I have a torn ACL. I literally can't do them. But I do a modified version where I step out. People should definitely do what they can, but some people actually can't do them.
Because they hurt and I don't want to feel the hurt. It's extremely triggering and my mental health gets messed up.

I drink smoothie and after 30 min i exercise. this can be done in the evening as well. just have a banana or smoothie 30 min before workout. reduce your portion in every meal so that you are calorie deficiet. and dinner avoid carbs. avoid added sugar and packaged food.

I loved this. I forced myself to get out of bed and do it in my pj's, I'm surprised I could finish this. Ive been struggling with depression and I always quit workout at the 20% mark (even the 10 min videos).

I've actually been doing workout videos of other influencer for around 2 months but didnt see apparent changes on my weight, although my waist and love handle have gotten a bit slimmer. So I switched to Emi's video for a change.
I've been doing this 1 hr workout almost everyday since late July, sometimes if I feel tired or on my period I would do the 30mins/ 45 mins workout instead and I haven't been on any diets (but i've cut down on snacks). I've lost 2 kg since, although it's not a huge drop my body is definitely toned right now and my abs are also apparent. My mum has been doing the 30mins workout everyday for 4 months and she has lost several kg and gotten fitter (and she is 56 and I am very proud of her :))
Before I was really focused on the weight but focusing on this will actually get you discouraged as muscles weigh a lot more than fat. So keep working out because it will definitely pay off!!!
I will finish the workout in one go without pausing and will do more stretches afterwards and in the morning :)

I have been doing this workout for abt 3 weeks or so, and my belly has gone down by a visible amount, and I also lost 1.1kg. I did it for the first time today. My weight loss journey began 3 months ago and I lost 17 kg in it. Honestly did workout was easy for me. I was surprised myself. Only the abs gave me a bit of challenge but I am proud of myself for finishing this workout strong and without pausing. Honestly this is a true victory ✌️ ❤❤

This workout is especially good for weight loss, at least for me. For anyone who doesn't know, fat is expelled mostly when you breathe, so when you come across workouts like these that move your body and give you a tolerable shortness of breath, you know you've found a good weight loss exercise.😁

First day doing the workout and I was drenched in sweat for sure. It’s really good and yes I did stop a few times but I didn’t let myself stop for more than like 10 seconds. It’s challenging but it’s doable I encourage everyone trying to lose weight to give it a go and don’t give up because your worth it and you deserve the body of your dreams❤️
When I started eith Emi's workouts, I could barely get through one of her 10 minute leg workout for beginners videos. Now a year layer, I just finished doing this workout with added weights for the first time! Don't give up, the you might not notice the progress immediately but that doesn't mean it's not there!!
Two weeks ago, I tried this for the first time. No matter how determined I was, I couldn't get through the ab section.
After dieting and exercising every day since, I decided to try it again. As I'm typing this, I'm out of breath and drenched in sweat, my muscles are sore all over, but I made it to the end of the workout.
It's incredible what your body can do when you commit yourself.
Pls make a 1hr HIIT without jumps Emi-chan. I’m dying and having nausea with all the jumps in this workout
So I'm not sure if this helps but I can't do any high impact exercise due to nerve damage and have to take it easy, so what I do with any of the jumps is I replace them with walking, so for example Burpees I'll do a walking burpees, and jumping jacks I'll do a walking variation, same as high knees and skater I'll do the moves but not the jumping etc, I know it's not quite as effective but atleast we are doing it :)
Yes please add 1 hour HIIT (maybe little more intense than this 🙈) with no jumping. I live in a house with wood flooring so can’t jump..

Started at 30mins exercise, I started my weight lost journey 7months ago with a starting weight of 103kg then now I’m 90kg a verrrrry slow progress my weight fluctuates a lot. I hope this exercise will work for me! Despite of having a depressive episodes everyday i still found myself getting up to exercise hehe ^.^

For those who are wondering about total calorie burn - I've done this workout multiple times (~ 6-7 now) and max (active calories) I have burned is 437 and the minimum I have burned is 342. It just ranges on how hard you push yourself that day and being strong enough to do every exercise for the full amount of time. Hope this helps someone! (:
