I have been very "stiff" lately. I woke up one day and suddenly my entire body felt like it was encased in concrete. I couldn't bend or stretch, my ribs hurt if I tried to twist. I thought it was just a bad night's sleep. It has been plaguing me for 3 weeks now. I just did this beginner's exercise and feel more of my body able to move, in one session! I will be following you as this seems to actually be working. Forgive the bit of doubt, but nothing has touched on my ability to move with less pain and more mobility than this video. Very happy!

Thank you for this beautiful session. I'm 32 and have titanium rods fused to my spine, and a mechanical heart valve. I tried yoga for a couple years, and though it was great in many ways, I found it too stressful. I love how gentle this is, and I find it so much easier to move regardless of my physical challenges. Hi, Ive been studying/ practicing different types/ instructors for approx 2 decades( Qi Gong)- but have just recently decided that i need CONSISTENCY. In the past couple of years have developed pelvis floor muscle dysfunction including a few prolasps. My question for you is do you have any suggestions for any of your videos that might be of help? I have a pelvic floor muscle therapist but she really seems back in the dark ages with her methods, although a few of the exercises are helpful. I don't see this common but not talked about much conditions addressed practically at all with qi gong although I must say yoga may address it more. Please any helpful suggestions at all is greatly welcomed 😊
Getting into habit by trying to pull up the pelvic floor every time you breathe out, but you may often forget, but try to do it whenever you remember. Seeing a good TCM doctor will be helpful too.
