    Thank you Master LuChin, the best facial massage I’ve ever seen from all videos about face massage. Your videos are absolutely useful, easy to follow and very much in sync with how my body is feeling now. God willing I turn to 70 next year (2025), still working full time now and socially active.     1) does it matter whether you circle your fingertips clockwise or counter clockwise?
    2) when you say 36 times does that mean 18 x up & 18 x down or 36 x both directions?

      Hello Ankie! Very sorry for this late reply! So very glad you enjoyed the practice - feeling centered and rejuvenated! Answer to your questions:
      1. Doesn’t really matter whether to circle clockwise or counterclockwise.
      2. For circle motions, you can do 18 clockwise 18 counterclockwise, 36 one Direction and 36 counter direction. For the directions that go or down, please follow exactly as the video.
      For example, for the “opening to heavenly gate”, only upward strokes.
      For the jawline, only downward.

    Thank you! Since I have Rheumatiod arthritis. It is about 9 to 10minutes is all I can do depending on level of fatigue. But 9 minutes felt good since I already did your 7 minute seated Qigong

    I LOVE this - and I LOVE your other videos, as well... I've done the detox and the one for heart and lungs and I can tell they're making a big difference in my health... THANK YOU so much for doing these. I just have a small suggestion, that you do the exercises for the total number of repetitions that you suggest... but other than that, PLEASE keep these coming. I plan on memorizing them so I can do a better job in the future. Something to keep in mind also - I think you said to always do the left side first when doing these, is that right?

I appreciate all you do and you are my model! The only comment I have is I suggest to do the Guasha upward along the jawline, not downward.
