      u r a lucky 77 yr old . I am the same age and have problems dispite eating a plant based diet and exercise. I have used my body hard over my yrs and have many joint issues. Good to hear that u r very healthy. Blessings to u

    I've never seen you before, and it popped up on a day i felt determined, Thank you so much for this. I jumped up and did it with you. My body is so tight now because i let myself go when my mom passed 3 yrs ago. I'vee been in a depression, but it is time for me to get back into my life. This felt so good doing with you. It was painful along my outer thighs, yet I feel an energetic tingle moving through my body now. I will be doing this every day for 7 days. I'll check in on day 7.❤

    hi, i love your energy and the fact that you dont talk the entire time. Its lovely thank you. I just wish you could turn off ads because having ads pop up during practice is so disturbing and the antithesis of what you are trying to achieve with us I think. Thanks

    I’m so thankful I have found you. I have done yoga many years ago and with your gentle and kind attitude one, can relax and know it’s doing well to the body and mind. I have no health issues and I’m 81 years old. And I will continue to live well and to continue with you LuChin ❤️🙏

    Thank Lu Chin, Iam always learning something new on preventive medicine and am so grateful for teachers such as you. And yes Self care whether it’s mental, emotional or physical does require discipline and discipline is one of the highest if not the highest form of self-love. Much love and light ❤

    This is such a lovely practice for the beginning of the day. It's unfortunate that youtube plugs it full of ads that interrupt the flow, but so it goes. Maybe as I get more familiar with the practice, that won't be as noticable.

    The effect I felt instantly after doing this was actually so crazy. I have been having trouble sleeping lately and having digestive issues. I immediately felt my immune system pick up. I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen.

    Sometimes I really appreciate the internet. This AM I awoke bitching, crying, moaning, to myself, about my unbearable tinnitus (and addiction to caffeine and nicotien) and that is how I found you. I praise the lord that I forgot to whine about my stiff joints, bad back, arthritis and lack of motivation.
    I have made the decision to follow your tinnitus exercise, this morning detox qigong, and reduce my nicotice/caffine daily intake by at least 1/4, for ONE WEEK.
    THANKS AGAIN!!!

      A friend of mine, who is a cancer survivor she starts her day with this “morning detox qigong”, and the “Lymphatic Flow” QIGONG FOR LYMPHATIC FLOW | SWING ARM QIGONG

    I love this and i m 80jr old and have no problems with my health, but to keep it going i need to move like this among other exersises. And of corse no medicin and vaccines.
