      Thank you for your kind comment! The qi and circulation in our extremities (tip of the fingers )are most pronounced, it will help.
      You may also want to consider taking up the wonderful practice of Zhan Zhuang. It will help with inflammation on finger joints.

      It’s like working out…when you do set and reps
      You’re going to do 4 sets of 9 taps…so it’ll equal a total of 36 taps for that particular tapping technique.

    I am a Jin Shin Jyutsu student & we do a practice utilizing 36 conscious breaths. From a Qi Gong perspective what significance is the 36 breaths relate to when doing these exercises?

      Thank you for your kind comments 💕 the 36 repetitions we do here have a lot to do with the number nine, so 4×9 is 36. Number 9 is a special number in Chinese culture. Nine is noble, modest, also has the same pronunciation as the word “long lasting”.

      In our practice we do 36 times. It is a good amount of repetition, but you could certainly do 50 for each exercise.

    I have small intestine problem I don't have push feeling foe bowel movement..when the stool reach the anus it does not push out I have to get enema.at time my stool hard then will be loose stool an I have remove my gall bladder..I have hypotyroid diabetic also when food goes in to the stomach imeadiatly my left ear .ringing..please guide me antral gastric
