      Is there cases where someone has learned Qi Gong and Gung Fu by inner guidance without physical teacher and without not using any physical senses? And if there is, what that then means? Does she/he then have bloodline some kind or is that impossible? I´m just curious. By the way is it in Tibet where is or has been :D (haha, this is insane), or will be kind a cave made of mud of some kind, like a cave but like a room, in somewhere mountains. And... is there custom to go meditate that place 5 days/nights, just sitting, might be cold weather, but non is not disturbing monks meditation. I got inch of monks feeling that body is there but you can be connected by telepathy in distance places. How many can sleep just 20 hours in 7 days by staying meditation most of that time? And last but not least, possible to change mindset where your mind is in meditating in high range of dimensions, like whole time. Losing connection of ego, but free to be where ever wish, experiencing different timelines and outcomes. And that what was you has gone. I had question in long time who human is and where we came from, basically when I learned to walk and understanding whats around in me and I just knew that this is not what I expect, this is not things suppose to be, like reality is broken mirror and twisted. Now I questioning whats beyond whole system? Beyond multidimensional multiverse. Sometimes I think that my road is end and what next, some connection still keeps me here. Hard last 6 month changed me, and I just trying focus to be river. Its calming me, nobody didint teach me in whole this life time how to process feeling healthy way, and thats the point where I find Kung Fu and Qi Gong. I got feeling inside me sometimes what is like fire, like dragon and oh boy, mystical way things around me what uses electricity wont last. I think that oh new random case when my lamp dies, computer screen and washing machine. I dont know what has happened to me. I know that Im not only one, there is quite many who has awaken and maybe been thinkin that who Im now. Like borning again. We all are different, but together in this whole system we are one. Thats when realized that what I was thinking that "I´m" does not exist. I want to warn everyone that path what I have choced is not easy, I could compare that mental hell what needs to overcome is like hard military training(imagining), where your ego is ripped off and when you find out that you are still standing, but stronger. Not easy and fun. Now I use my time mostly writing and training, I should train more often. Shoulder does still recover, made Kung Fu + Qi Gong moves with emotions and that is not right way. There is quite much energy in Kung Fu when you have strong Qi and emotions, felt that my hand detouch in shoulder, but it was rupture in muscle. So when your Shifu says that smooth moves, you may have good to listen. When you are breathing, do it with focus till you have harmonise your body to breath right way by it self. Be aware where you focus your attention/awareness, because of law of attraction. And then Taoism wise Laozi, be the river, let go, come part of it, see all beauty around it, example focus seeing in your minds eye- bird flying somewhere over the river, then examine that bird in every angle and its character, how free and happy its. There is no time when someone can stop learning, even same situation in your life or same book may teach you different lesson when you let time go and repeat it. Thats why there is things what come to your life again and again, might be hard sometimes, but believe or not its love. Its after all love that you face same things again and again till you are ready to let go, by your free will in harmony. You might be confused why this text has different person views, someone might adapt this message better this way. This year is big game changing. Find your inner power and instinct, learn to trust your inner guidance. You can also ask while meditating that please can I have inner guidance, in that way what gives you peace. And movie Eat, pray and love teach that smile till your heart smiles

It's the only thing that has ever felt right to me ❤ I ordered some books and I'm excited to start practice

      just like in the history of adam and eva who got the holy breath in their bodies for them to be fully living human beings able to experience the power of CHI that also flows in the nature and every thing that was created by the power of God.Adam and Eve where made with ground , not sand that is clear like white and not argile that is red or orange coloured ...africa is the craddle of humanity ,and the oldest proof of it was found in a region lived by the kongos,so LUCY OR LUCIA was surely a kongo woman.the people outhere speak the ki kongo also pronounced tchi kongo, the mother of every tongue on earth...i alwasy say " its all going back to kongo, where it all started " ...have you ever heard about the black origin of budah ? there are anciant scriptures and statues showing that,as it is with mohamed and jesus and all the black madonna statues you found everywhere in europe....all the bible is about the history of the kongos...this the truth that was rejected by the rest of the world, the reason why jesus or issa ,yeshua or yisu( in ki kongo language) was hated , the reason why the early christians were not accepted in europe and were persecuted ....i always say KONGO LIVES MATTER ! the world will be at peace if people accept without frustration the special position of the kongo ( THE MAN; THE LAND;THE SPIRIT)....again as i often ask myself " who pretends better ? " THERE IS NO OTHER PART OF THE WORLD THAT CAN PRETEND TO BE THE PROMISED LAND IN THE BIBLE WHERE HONEY AND MILK FLOWS, EXCEPT THE KONGO REGION;THERE IS NO OTHER PEOPLE ON EARTH THE HISTORY OF WHICH RESEMBLES THE HEBREW PEOPLE IN THE BIBLE APART FROM THE KONGOS ( slavery + chains = PEOPLE OF GOD = ORIGINAL ISRAELITES)...i hope you people don't think am a racist, not at all , my family is a mixed one , and the way of kong, never was that of oversupremacy or kind of cultural imperialism, its all about sharing our knowledge with the rest of the world,that are all actually our descendants.There are many other people by this time of covid and even before doing the same researches like me trying to understand why on earth that silence, that violence, when facing the KONGO ?
      Who is that strong man that was brought to the americas in the place of the native americans who where dying under hardlabour conditions and less resistant to diseases the europeans brought there ? is that maybe the one who helped build the pyramids in kemet ( original name of egypt = LAND OF THE BLACKS) ? how come that the oldest proof of human being ability to cope with mathematics was found on the ISHANGO BONES (in the Democratic Republic of Congo) called the first tablet of the world ecxisting long time before the great egytian cilization, older than papyrus and so on? the D.R.C posses alone 70 % of the all Raw material you can find in the world and what if we consider the entire region of the Kongo going far beyond the borders made by europeans at the kongo conference ( more known as the berlin conference) ? is it just a luck that the Nile gets its source in the Kongo region ( hoping you what the nile means to Egypt and even spiritually)? what was so unique with the uranium from Congo as the american chose that one to make the atomic bombe against hiroshima and nagasaki ? when I watched marvels Black panther , i said some knew all the time who we are ,now that blacks and WHITE kongo descendants are coming back to the light, getting back their stolen history,thei lost paradise and civilization, they start little by little releasing the Truth.....PS: WA KANDA IN KI KONGO means the one that belongs to he family( kANDA).......so let us stay and stick together in the way of the truth, humility,love .....PEACE !!!! th-cam.com/video/c9VQye6P8k0/w-d-xo.html.....th-cam.com/video/N2CE6_NH3fo/w-d-xo.html....

But if you don’t have to wait, don’t! The online Academy is amazing!!! As a member of Master Gu’s academy the training, teachings, examples are beyond compare. Hello! I started practicing chi kung 4 weeks ago (i have a weekly class) and I'm enjoying it so much. The last two weeks I have been practicing the routine our teacher gave us everyday, and the last couple of days i've been experiencing some corporal movements (like the ones I get when I'm practicing, like little contractions or balancing movements) when I'm not practicing, like when I'm on the shower or about to sleep, or about to eat, or even while focusing on work. Is it normal? is it like a phase? I'm not scared or worried I just would like to know if this passes or if there is any tips you would give me. Muchas gracias!!

      Its just energy. The symbol for Qi is 氣, which has to parts:
      米 means rice.
      气 (汽) means gas or steam.
      So the word for Qi is a pictogram for the steam which came out of cooked rice;
      which is their metaphore for the termal energy (heat) they felt, which moves in a certain way.
      And the heat in steam is basically termal energy.
