About this Gentle Morning Class
Welcome to this gentle morning yoga class, a serene 30-minute journey designed to be done at the start of your day to awaken your body sweetly and slowly, warming up each muscle group for a comprehensive full body stretch. This easy yoga class is a great yoga class with start with for yoga beginners and a solid staple for yogis of all levels.
It's incredibly powerful to begin your day by connecting with your breath and gently easing into movements that release soreness and stiffness across your entire body. This 30 min morning yoga class can help set your energy for the entire day.
I hope this class adds a little magic to your day. Consider this a loving invitation to invite space, stillness, and intentional breath into your morning.

Namaste 🙏🏼 I am grateful that the ancient wisdom of India and Hinduism (yoga and meditation) is appreciated and adapted all over the world..
This class was so nice. I loved how slow it was and the meditation at the end was really calming.
I took up Yoga recently but have had MS for many years which we already found the humor in but trying to do a balancing act on top of it can add to the hilarity. At the end I found myself kneeling, with my face in the mat and holding on to my upper left arm praying for a good day. It was interesting because I realized I was twisted and life can be twisted, I was holding my upper left arm and my husband is missing his lower left arm and I always hold the lower half and he supports me through everything and when I looked up you were smiling at the camera. That was comforting. Thanks Kate.

AAAAhhhhhhh! What an awesome morning practice. I love your bringing the spiritual aspects to yoga versus as just an exercise. I am ready to celebrate my son's 28th Birthday. Thank you Kate! Loved the class. Could not do the grabbing of my foot with the opposite hand in the lizard pose - not flexible enough. Any suggestions on how to get around this and move towards achieving the pose would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks again
