    After 3 weeks of almost daily practice, I was able to finish this workout without any pauses. For those who are just starting, you can do it! 💪

      That's inspiring, thank you! I just tried this one today and was feeling rather sad at how week my body is. I couldn't hold the side planks as long as the teacher did.

    I train 6 days a week doing weightlifting and calisthenics and this 30 minute video left me out of breath and DRENCHED in sweat 💀

    Loved this workout! I couldn't do each pose, often I had to take breaks. But that's fine! I'm reminding myself that all the little bits help and that trying is the most important thing!

    Needed to take several "wtf am I doing with my life"-drinking a gallon of water-wiping my sweat with an industrial sized towel- breaks but I got through it!

    This was hard, but I loved it! I started doing your classes at the end of october and back then I was dealing with strong pain in my right hip since almost a year. It was stopping me from having my beloved daily walks and it was starting to be a serious issue in my daily life. I want you to know that the pain is gone now and also for the first time in my life I am able to do push ups - not using my knees! Your classes make me stronger, healthier and happier. Thank you Nicole ❤️ we need more instructors like you in the world :) send you lots of love from Italy!

    Nicole, I'm trying to get back into shape, as my cardiovascular health is a bit poor at the moment. These past couple of years I've been really sedentary. I love these gentle workouts, and you are incredibly sweet and make me feel accompanied❤

    I am grateful that I am able to do this. I have still not reached the end, day by day, minute by minute, I am increasing my strength. Loved this flexibility challenge. I wonder how much practice you have done to make this 30-minute long video, that too without showing a drop of sweat. 😮

    I found your workouts about 8 weeks ago. I am 51 and wanted to work on my flexibility, especially in my hips! I had never done Pilates only yoga… which always felt too slow to me. Wow! I love your workouts! What a difference. I look forward to doing my workouts now and I feel like I walk just a little bit taller and stronger.

    This felt so good! At first, my body felt heavy because some of my muscles needed to awaken after long days of not working out but in the end, I sweated a lot and felt more flexible. Thank you Nicole!

    Such a beautiful class Nicole, thank you! Did I have to keep pausing and chug some water? Yes. Could I do all of the moves? No. Will I do it again and build up my strength and confidence? Absolutely!!

    Oh wow, this was amazing! My glutes and legs/thighs burned a looot, and my abs were engaged throughout the entire workout & burned at the end, during the abs series. THANK YOU, NICOLE!

    All u guys in the comments make me feel much better thank u. I used to be in really good shape, and I used to do a lot more yoga but I got so frustrated with myself during this that I didn’t even finish… u all made me feel less pathetic so I’m gunna try and do this video again tomorrow and hope I can keep it up and get better
