    Your work helps me so much on a personal level. I am almost 60 and started doing yoga at age 7. With age, we develop arthritis. Your classes have aided me in alleviating pain, gaining strength, and best of all receiving calm.

    i took a break from yoga during a bad mental health period, and i am so happy to be back, getting that moment during the practice where a smile forms without trying, your breath deepens and tears start forming. the release this gave me through my hips helped me let go of all the anxiety i had clenched inside me. i have missed this beautiful feeling and i’m so grateful and happy to be falling in love with my practice again, thank you:)

    This was such a wonderful practice! I really enjoyed the deeper and longer holds, which allowed us to connect deeper with the body and breath. I could definitely feel a release in my hip area by the end of our practice. Thank you 🙏🏼❤
