This yoga workout has been so good to me during my first day of period 🙏🏻 I was in pain and opening my hips really helped me to relax and feel better 💖
My body felt weightless after this practice🌈and this morning I thought about a yin class cause I really needed it and here it is!🥰This is for sure going to be one of new favourite classes! Thank you💙

i took a break from yoga during a bad mental health period, and i am so happy to be back, getting that moment during the practice where a smile forms without trying, your breath deepens and tears start forming. the release this gave me through my hips helped me let go of all the anxiety i had clenched inside me. i have missed this beautiful feeling and i’m so grateful and happy to be falling in love with my practice again, thank you:)
