      I can do Zumba dance in 1 hour without feeling exhausted but this one, I could follow for 10 mins only then I had to stop. I felt this one way more intense than my 1-hour Zumba dance. I’ll try again tmr haha

    I'm not a workout person but today I decided to do yoga because I want to lose some weight. This was definitely not easy for me and I had a difficult time in some of the movements. But I am proud to say that I finished the entire 30 minute yoga! From warm up to the actual workout to the cool down. My body is definitely shaking and I might not be able to walk properly tomorrow, but I feel so stretched and happy. Thank you so much!

    I’ve been dealing with low back pain for 4 years. Therapy just isn’t providing relief even with lifting weights twice a a week. Did this workout once and my pain subsided for the rest of the day. First time in four years. Did this workout the next day and same thing happened. Omg finally some relief. Thank you!!!!!!

    I am a yoga teacher but I became a manager in a music company, and have stopped regular practice and giving a class only once a week. I have decided that I want to be fit and toned again and this video came up as the 1st suggestion today. 1 or 2 of the exercises were hard to finish the 30s! And I feel incredible afterwards. It was soothing and simple to follow. I’m going to be repeating this video as my new morning routine now and see my progress. Thank you ❤

    if you do this yoga , cut sugar and outside food , eat good home food and drink plenty of water, you will definitely see results in a month and your body would have become very flexible . i got to experience beautiful changes in my body 🥵🥵🥵after practicing this yoga for a month with break for 5 days for my periods. i feel amazing !!! thank you Eleni for this mind-blowing video😇😇😇😇😇😇

    For the years, I never had workout anymore. But at some point, my body shouting out loud that they need workout again. And I started with this yoga since I don't want to start with jumping etc. I found myself that really enjoy to do this yoga 💃 So thank you for really helpful this yoga video 🤩

    It was much harder than i thought 😅 i was struggling to keep balance most of the time. Still, it was very nice to move my body, your vibe and your place are very calming, thanks for this great workout! I will keep following your classes, that was very cool. I handt been able to exercise cause of anxiety problems but this helped me do something nice, calming and great for my body, thank you!

I'm 71 yrs. old and try to do it the best I can. the one Thank you so much.the one position I have a hard time doing is when the two legs are lifted up, suspended without the arms holding it. don't remember the name. I have been working out for years but that position is hard to keep my legs straight.😀 Lots of love and light

    Loved this for my rest day! Especially as I'm working on my balance for my yoga practice, this was a perfect mix of yoga variations to strengthen, sculpt and improve balance!     @Eleni Fit I do pretty well with the movements and the flow but my biggest issues are my wrists!!!! Who would have thought? Any advice for how to condition the wrists? They start aching pretty quickly. Thank you! This is one of my favorite videos of yours!

    I calmly broke a sweat! As crazy as it sounds... I don't sweat much, but this had me dripping with sweat, and I was fully capable (and able) to do this complete workout! Burned 232 cals... not bad for 30min yoga... i'm impressed!

    (Only speaking for myself) but I just wanted to say that I haven't been able to do much cardio for years due to a lower back issue. Somehow your video did such a great job in stretching my back in the first few minutes, that I was able to move forward to the cardio portion of your video. This has been a major change for me.
