    Rise and Shine, friends! ☀️Welcome to this morning yoga class for all-levels!
    This good morning class will warm up your body slowly to get your ready for an amazing day. In this 30 min yoga class, we’ll start slowly and sweetly. This entire morning yoga class is beginner-friendly.
    Since this is a slower paced classes with longer 2:00-ish minute holds. Since this is a slow, sweet morning class for all levels, there are no vinyasa in this class. This is a very gentle morning class for a full body yoga stretch.
    Whether you just need good morning stretch or a morning yoga flow, these 30 minutes will leave you with a smile. Let’s move through these morning yoga postures with kindness and generate some energy!

    The best part about this flow was when you switched up your cues and said the wrong side. Then laughed at yourself. Sarah Beth tripped over her words in a flow one time... (straight stutter. and she has no vocal issues). and then laughed. This is the way. Laugh at our trip-ups. Our "mis-takes". Instead of beating ourselves up... which becomes frequency, which becomes our internal programming, mindset, etc. We should laugh more about things. Less anxiety. Less depression. Less "I'm not good enough". More empowerment, and as I like to call them - Badass Empowered Sovereign Boss B*tches :D I definitely needed that last pose. I paused and I've been hanging out here for 30 minutes lol. Thank you Kate!

      Ah! This happens a lot! When we really we fumble sometimes and it's so human and EVERYONE does it. I love how you called it a mis-take, it's a nuanced difference 🙌
      And I'm SO glad you stayed in the final pose. Isn't that the best decompression? Love it when that happens.

    Thank you so much (yet again) Kate! What a beautiful class. I've been doing your classes for 2 months (& practicing yoga for 10 years), but puppy pose was never a part of my regular practice until now. And this is the first class in which puppy pose just clicked and felt amazing! Finally! I thought puppy and I would never really get along, but now we're besties! Thank you for helping me deepen and renew my practice. Namaste 🙏

      Your comment brought the biggest smile to my face, Danielle! First of all, go you for the longevity and consistency - it's not a small thing. Second, I'm glad puppy clicked! For me, my shoulders and back can NEVER be opened up enough (they always feel tight) so I tend to add puppy often because the more we do something, the more we CAN do something, ya know?

      I am slowly recovering from work injuries.Kate feels like a type of empowerment to keep going forward.Just her voice helps me back to the journey of Yoga and meditation and greener food lifestyle. I work in a burger joint and that's nice, except one thing .Its Donner Pass.

    Thank you Kate for posting this wonderful video. It felt as though it was only five minutes long. I actually was pleased to hear the sound of your cracking feet as I can relate to my body making the occasional sound and it felt very ‘human’! The way you mentioned it without missing a beat was impressive. Your videos are practical and inspiring. Namaste.

    Awesome class Kate, one of my favorites 😊 occassionaly I extend the time spent in an asana or add an extra. Like cobra pose after Anahata asana (Heart melting pose) feels very good and needed😊 and pigeon in the end😊 Intention is a beautiful addition ❤See you again soon, beautiful days until then🙏

      LOVE that you add on where you need to. I do that too - I feel like I can never do a follow along class without adding this or that.

    i did this class again after 2 months and for some reason i didnt burn as many calories, just 92 active kcal :( am i doing something wrong with my workouts ???
