25 Minute Relaxing Yoga + Savasana | Slow Down Stretch Routine

Take a moment to slow down your practice, pause between breaths and find contentment in the now. Too often in our daily lives we speed along at a habitual pace and our actions become mechanical. This practice will guide you into a relaxing, steady sequence with a long savasana to help you decompress and return to your true essence.
The class begins in child's pose with side stretches, a toe stretch, yogi squat, ragdoll, half lifts, twists, cat/cow and melting heart. Other postures include low lunge, side lunge, half butterfly, twist, pigeon, double pigeon, downward dog, bridge and savasana.

Oh my gosh. This just felt so incredible. I feel like recently I have come out of a long slump and am starting to feel confident in what I want and who I am. It's beautiful but also can mean that I rush and feel frantic to pursue my dreams now that I know what I want to do next. Yesterday I was bustling about like crazy ALL day and I told myself I would take today slower, more intentionally. I am so proud of myself for moving slower today, for doing fewer things and not task switching in the same way, and for sitting down to do this practice even after a long day of work and life. Thank you for this - I so so so appreciate it and got so much out of it. You are incredible!

I've been following your videos since 2020 and I'm in love with Yoga since then. Today, after 2 months of not practicing at all, I came back with the need of relaxing my body after a long day. Even though I spent 2 months with no movement, this sequence felt like my body knew everything.
