    Loved this HIIT! Great format would love one with more kickboxing moves cause this 67 year old granny loves kickboxing it's total body! Thanks for the sweat! My heartrate was up there the whole time! Yee Haw!

    My 4-year-old daughter did all of the lower level exercises with me throughout this work out!! Thank you for helping me foster a positive lifestyle for my kids, where exercise is fun and fitness is obtainable! Afterwards she showed me some of HER exercises-might have a future trainer on my hands!

    As I cool down before my yoga challenge, I have to say this was great. I didn’t always make it to the shred round, but always completed the level below it. My heart was pumping which was my goal. Thank you so much for being my personal trainer!!

    Amy, I loved this style and pace. Got us (me and 5 yr old) moving and appreciated the lower body work. Loved the bonus moves on the ground - felt like the perfect amount.Thank you, as always, for keeping us moving.

    Perfect! I came home at lunch to run on the treadmill. My husband took it down to prevent me from injuring myself as I am 4 weeks post bilateral mastectomy! I'm just getting back this week to working out 4-5 days a week. I feel so out of shape and heavy! A couple weeks of working out and I'll be good! :)

    Just finished this, love it. Reminds me of your old cardio tabata workout. I love your cardio workouts that are standing and start with a modified move, working up to a high intensity move, thank you😁

    Pouring sweat as I write this! I had soo much fun. I woke up thinking I would need to modify but surprised myself when I didn't. My heart rate recovery time has definitely improved alot! Thank You for a great cardio workout. My legs got a good burn too on those curtsy lunges!

    I had a really hard time pressing play! Anything with Cardio and Shred in the title will always be a challenge for me and there was a time I would have never hit play. Today was not that day🔥🔥 Thank you for everything Amy❤

    Loved this workout! Did it at 15 weeks postpartum, and I stuck to the first or second part of each exercise, keeping it fairly low-impact (due to pelvic organ prolapse, which I'm seeing a PT about this Friday!). I have felt quite demoralized lately with my recovery, so this was a heart-pumping boost to my mood. Felt good to do something not specifically labeled "postpartum." Thanks, Amy!
