I have really love the timed blocks with flow now. It does move fast and overworks the muscles. I am in recovery from a bad virus so I went light and modified quite a bit but feel it in every part of my body....and because of the effort my hr is quite high.
This was awesome! I used my 25 pound kettlebell for the entire workout! So proud of myself! I really pushed that upper body! I wasn’t sure about the 5 minute sets but I actually loved it! The time flew by! Thank you! More kettlebell workouts please!
