  • This is your BodyFit by Amy 30 Minute No Repeat Standing Cardio Workout. This is day 20 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. It's a no repeat workout all bodyweight workout to get your heart pumping.     I'm glad this was a standing routine. The constant up and down HIIT routines of the past month were kinda burning me out. I was also getting achy knees because of the daily lunges, cold weather, and up and down squatting movements. Wish I was younger and had worked out years ago to be able to handle more of the high impact, quicker moves. This video will go with some of the older standing cardio exercises I have kept of yours to do on days I can't handle some of the floor routines.

    Amy, Amy! This was exactly what I needed. I have been doing abs, arms, legs and some pilates and yoga. However, since Covid when my classes were cancelled, I have been remiss in including much cardio. I am not good at boxing, but I joined you anyway. Thank you for your positive affirmations. They are encouraging. See you next time. Your over 70 student.

    Liked this but thought it was hard; I'm older and have been doing your workouts for several years. Made a deal with my MD that I would do HIIT training with weights so that I can avoid taking nasty osteoporosis drugs. I find that I need to take it easy on the really high intensity cardio moves these days. I appreciate that you keep telling us that we should be where we are today. I hope to continue your workouts for many more years! Thanks for these wonderful free workouts!

      I can see where the back and side jump would be bothersome. Even doing low impact, if you have knee and hip problems, degenerative disc issues,, then the constant repetitive jerking movements like that routine can cause problems, even for younger people.

      I agree. I enjoyed this workout and got my heart rate really up but didn’t do any jumping. In some instances, I slowed down the pace as well. As Amy repeatedly says, it’s about working out to the best of our ability; not hers! Thanks Amy

    Thank you, Amy! I’ve been doing your workouts for years and I love them! Thank you for constantly making new ones so I don’t get bored! On that note, I love the no-repeat workouts. Thank you thank you for the options and modifications. Some moves I can do the high impact, some I’m on the low impact. But I can tailor it to my needs and I love that. I never feel bad if I modify.     I'm new to your workouts, Amy. I absolutely LOVED this workout!! Thank you for putting out effective but not killer brutal cardio workouts.

    I loved the format. Doing cardio for 1 1/2 minutes straight really helped keep my heartrate up.

    Great workout! I love the 30 second moves that get increasingly harder. Like Amy said, it was hard, but I did it! It went by quickly and worked up a good sweat!

      Also love the low/high impact combos and options.- perfect for where I am at, looking to move up from all low impact, but not yet ready for 30 minutes of all high impact (and I'm sweating!!!)

    I really love the no repeat workouts. These are great on the dark mornings when you have to talk yourself into exercise at 6:00 am. I am always glad I did.

    I really enjoyed this format as there was a steady go go pace.
    I do enjoy high intensity so really appreciated your coaching on that early on while we were doing our first move. This allowed me to move toward the second abs third move sooner as I wanted. I did need to slow down at times so
    that felt terrific too. Thank you!!

    Love the building workouts. Helps me learn the moves in parts so I feel halfway coordinated and pushes me to make it to the end. This one felt really tough but I did it. Now to stretch out my tired legs.

    I loved this workout!!! It definitely made me sweat! Whew... I also like the modifications that helps a lot on some of the exercise that are a little tough for me to do 🙂thanks Amy. I used to do your workouts a couple of years ago but stopped because I didn't think I would get a good workout , because I was so used to doing the strenuous, super fast paced exercises, that I eventually hurt myself with, and did not help me to really lose weight. So I was wrong. I am so glad I started doing your workouts again. Today I got on the scale and am down 2 more pounds yay!!!! Slow and steady....it is coming off!!!!

    This was awesome and not too hard on my knees. Love the moves. As I age I am aware I need to challenge myself to still move, stretch, and bend in different ways so I don't stove up (a little horse talk.. I have a senior equine athlete that needs lots of movement too) 😁

    I’ve been workong out almost daily for more than two years - your workouts at least half the time - and this is seriously the hardest cardio workout I’ve done. It was hard and I couldn’t always go the full 30 seconds, but it was SO good! 🥵🔥👍

    Thanks for an all standing routine. Since I don't jump, I mainly stayed at 2nd level, but increased speed where it was safe, in one round went up on toes. I sometimes slowed a little when knee went up to maintain balance, but got winded and sweaty still with my modifications. Oh, and the first move, I did TT-YY-II as I alternated right and left: much less confusing! 😄😅

    Feeling it today! Glad for the 30 second intervals and building the moves. Helps my brain! Lol Added 15 min core burner to the end and my 12 year old son did both with me. We had fun. He is my workout buddy during Christmas break! Loving holiday hiit!

    I liked the progression of the moves. Helped the time go quicker. Personally, it is more motivating if you do the moves the entire time with us but I can also see how some people might like the extra look at how to do the move as they do it

    I loved this format! I like workouts that move fast, and building up really works well for my uncoordinated body 😅 But this one was hard-I had to pause it and let my heart slow down a couple of times!!

    Hi Amy! I love your workouts especially the modifications for people with limitations. I have always been a huge work out person but then 7 years ago I came down with Lymes Disease and POT'S. Unfortunately my limitations are huge! I was wondering if you have any workouts for POT'S patients? There are a lot of us that struggle with wanting to workout! Thanks!
