    Loved this format and I Love METCON workouts! I Definitely got a good BURN 🔥 and sweat and I’m tired but feeling better. Thank-u Amy and Ryan. It’s fun when she has guests bc they ALWAYS make me laugh 😂 😅

    I took 15 min to cool down after a very steamy 2 mile 80' 🥵 walk at 7:15am I was so happy to do today's workout in a nice cool space 🙌 Great workout Amy getting it all in and giving Ryan a run for his money :)
