    This was super fun. I went heavier on legs since it was shorter. I had to go lighter on arms due to some right shoulder pain. I did clam shells instead on side planks to give my shoulder time to heal. Thank you for these awesome workouts and teaching us it's ok to modify and be where we're at today. You have given me the knowledge from your other workouts to find a move that works for me if I can't do the one in the video at the time.

    I really appreciate your emphasis on being where you are today. I have a chronic illness and frequently feel like I need to "half-ass" my workouts to keep things at an appropriate level. It's great to have the reminder that I am still showing up for myself by doing what I can! Thanks for the great workouts and low-impact options!

    Going in my 2nd week of working out again and I love it because your workouts are quick but I always feel the burn! Thank you for pointing out exercises that aren't safe for diastasis recti please keep doing that!

    This was great. I am trying on saturdays to get more strenght in that I can do on Mon and Wed nights. I'm going to do about 2 more videos. I like her turquoise and purple background. Also not that many strength programs have a timer banner on the screen. That is very important to me!
