  • This is your 25 Minute Cardio Party Workout! This is Day #20 of your Momentum Challenge. Today we are going to have some fun with an all standing bodyweight cardio workout! We will get some strength and some sculpting in while we keep that heart pumping, and keep you smiling throughout this workout!! There are three circuits, but don't worry it's gonna move fast!     Amy, this one was so good!! To have it be completely standing and to incorporate dancing into it was a great twist, no pun intended! I'm thinking I may do this again after work! 🤗 More like these please!! The short but party-like workout was perfect. (I like under 30 minutes!)

    Amy!!!!! Came back to this one after a week off due to knee issues 🥴 this was the most fun workout thus far! I smiled the WHOLE TIME!! Thank you for always keeping it fun and changing it up!     I’m a terrible dancer but this just made me laugh at myself and then realize my heart rate is up! So much fun I enjoyed myself immensely! Thank you for this! I’m gonna go back to this when I need a pick me up! ♥️

    Great cardio bonus! I did all the dance moves along to some party music and I had sooo much fun. I will come back to this when I am stressed or anxious as my mood booster! Of course all workouts boost my mood but I really enjoyed dancing. I have never thought of myself as someone who can dance but I definitely "busted a move"! LOL 😆 Dancing definitely gets the heartrate up and I didn't even notice my legs burning till the end!

    This one was so fun! I was alone in my basement being so silly and my heart rate was almost consistently in the cardio zone plus it went so fast! As always I love your creativity as well as your ability not to take yourself too seriously Amy!

    So fun! My coordination, rhythm, and flexibility aren’t what they used to be but I say let’s bring back all the old school stuff - dance, step, whatever you’ve got! ❤️

I usually have to wait for my daughter to be asleep to do work outs these days, sometimes I can get her to do it with me but as a toddler she takes up much of my attention and time ❤️ which I love but my body appreciates these quick fun hard work outs!

    Such a fun workout that got my heart rate going. I really love that anyone can do the moves by either doing low impact or high impact. I felt better after doing this as it really pumps up the endorphins! Thanks Amy!

    Loved this!! Made me miss going to Zumba class!! It even inspired me to do some zumba songs on TH-cam afterwards 💃🏼 💃🏼 It would be so awesome if you incorporated some choreographed cardio dance workouts!!!💜💪🏼💃🏼
