    This was my first video I watched with Amy in 2016 when I was in The Ronald McDonald House with my son who was battling cancer. I've been hooked ever since and love Amy's platform, ideology and most of all she helped me so much during the hardest times of my life. it's 30 minutes when I'm not thinking about my son's cancer and I feel so much better after and energized to be able to help him with all the care he needed. Thanks.

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

All of the family above me mom dad aunts uncles etc didn’t even make it to 55..it’s scary being here alone with no wisdoms above me to go to..I’m a firm believer in I can’t help where I come from but I decide where I go.. just know you are my spirit goal.. I hope you feel my arms around you cause I’m squeezing tight!!

    This workout really works and it's very easy. Tried this on alternate days for 3 weeks and I'm already seeing results. This is good to reduce back fat and side flabs! Boosts digestion as well 😀 Thank you Amy!

      @@curious_pia I used 5 lbs dumbell. You can try lower weights first and slowly increase.

    Hello Amy,
    I was in self Isolation since the 24th of April I had tested positive for Covid 19. After I started feeling well and still continued to test positive I started to look for workout I could in my room to help keep myself busy from depression. I was self isolated 1 month and 2 weeks. In my room, just want to let you know that I love your work out and it made me sweat hard cord and thank you for helping me get through that though time in life. I will continue to work out, since I will return back to work Tuesday there is times I can't go walk the park do to my schedule, me getting out at dark. I am happy to know I can continue to do this is my room.

    this workout may be six years old, but still packs a punch. I love standing ab workouts, I just can't do mat workouts due to a tailbone injury, so these are always my go to ab workouts. Your workouts are timeless!

    I enjoyed this one. I have back problems because of a heavy chest and I'm skinny but i gain weight on my stomach area only. When I do floor ab workouts I always give up because of the pressure on my back but this was really easy. I still felt the burn and feel like it will help strengthen my back too. I'm actually going to do another round of this right now.

    I hurt my knee last month and it COULD have been a real roadblock in my postnatal recovery (my biggest goal other than getting healthy has been getting back to running).     Ive returned from surgery (aged59) and just need to get fit and lose abdominal flab. Found gyms intimidating, There is so much on TH-cam for workouts but now I only just use yours, They are practical, dooable and I really emnjoy the way you teach and motivate.     I absolutely love this workout. I have quite a short torso and can't always get a good range of motion on ab exercises. This workout is really effective in toning torso, chest and arms, I love it!

    Sooo many people have asked me what I’ve been doing. This is my favorite ab workout. Short and sweet. I literally can actually feel the strength in my core, it may be hidden under my current flab but it’s amazing how much stronger I already feel in such a short period of time !!

    Gotta say, Amy, this is my favourite workout. Because it is easy and had instant results. And that was with 2kg (about 3.3lb) dumbbells. My 5kg (8lb) dumbbells arrived this week. And all of a sudden, this workout has become hard. I just did it back to back today for the first time today. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks again, Amy. You look sooooo young in the video. I can barely believe it was just 5 years ago.

    Great workout! I have a back problem and my back hurts so much when i do crunches, so i googled standing abs to start slowly with my core and abs. it felt slow last night, but today i was so sored! That means it's working!!! i did it again today. I will increase to twice and maybe 3 times when my body feels ready. I already do stairs everyday(45 floors a day) so this is just helping my core and get back my core. Thank you for this video!!!

    I am new just saw this while going through youtube and decided to try, yes i went on and gave it a try. It was not bad as i weigh 210 with back and Knee problems. Messed up with the woodchop @ 9:30 but i kept trying almost gave up. HOWEVER I kept up and enjoyed the last 2 moves and God i enjoyed. Thanks.

    this 12 minutes workout really works! i feel stronger and i feel that my backflaps reduced. also i always love the after-workout feeling! though it seems short but i end up with lots of sweat💪

    That was a nice combination of strength and stretch. I did this right after a really tough spinning class and it was perfect. Not too tough, and not too easy (and you can adjust with weights).

    Awesome for a 3rd trimester fit pregnant lady like myself! The whole "no laying on your back" thing in pregnancy makes you feel like you're limited with ab exercise. But a vid like this makes me remember they're still there and can be engaged and worked! Thanks :)

    First time trying this today. I really liked it! There was a lot of ab moves I've never done before. I'll add this to my routine 👍

    Been trying to find a quick and doable workout with visible and good feeling results with a full time job and a wedding on the way. Amy is motivational and I am excited to continue her workout regimen for a more toned and healthy body. Only my second day in a row (one video rep each day because I know not to overdo it until it becomes muscle memory) and I already feel my obliques which are super sore. I can also honestly say I see and feel a difference when I tighten my core. I will be keeping up with this daily!

    Just came across this channel and subscribed after watching this workout. I wish I could start with my workouts soon. Because of my tendonitis I cannot workout such moves that uses weights and hands😔 and to say I have been working out since 20 years. Plz pray that I get well soon and start with my workouts soon.

    Great video for abs. She used excercise moves I never have tried before, which with the dumbbell seems to be very effective.

    I’m sooo excited to try this in the morning. I took today off from working out. 6 days a week with one day off.
