    Hey team #everydaywarrior 🎉
    I am back with a new 30 MIN FULL BODY CARDIO EMOM STYLE WORKOUT - Bodyweight ONLY.
    Challenge yourself with this one.
    How it's structured today:
    EMOM means: every minute on the minute.
    This time we have 8 different EMOMs.
    One minute:
    1. exercise (and a certain amount of reps)
    2. exercise (and a certain amount of reps)
    The minute starts and we try to accomplish the amount of reps, 1. exercise, and directly 2. exercise.
    As soon as you got the reps in, you rest until the minute is over.
    Then the new minute starts - we repeat this three times before having an extra rest of 40 sec and heading to the next 2 new exercises.
    Feel free to rest whenever needed, and to set your own goals of REPS!
    Alright? Let's go!
    Get ready to push your limits and enjoy the burn! Let's sweat together and conquer this powerful workout! 💪🏻

    Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

    It took me a while to bring up the courage for this workout - and holy s***, it was really intense! The combination of burpees w/ jumping lunges is the absolute killer 🥵🔥☠️. But now feeling great 💪🏻. It‘s always a pleasure and so much fun to train with you, thank you!

    3 words- sweaty, hard, intense! To challenge myself to go for it was the hardest because my legs and arms refused to budge 😂 on each 3rd set. But so feeling accomplished 😊 after finishing. Needed assistance though to peel myself off the mat🫣. So thankful for your carefully thought of workouts and taking us out of our comfort zones. ❤🎉👍🦵💪👏 Happy start of the week!🥰👊

    KayKay this was brutal🥵
    I Took extra rest with some of the EMOMs.
    And had to pause at some point to finish the three sets at my own pace so I can complete the reps,then I press play and wait for you to finish.
    Girl you’re a beast I just couldn’t match your pace😅
    I did the first two EMOMs without breaks and then the last one too. In between I just couldn’t match up.
    I felt like throwing up and passing out at some point😩
    I talked myself through this whole workout😂
    I’m soaked in sweat,I feel dizzy and at the same time happy that I finished🥳
    Thank you so much for this session. It was a love and hate kinda workout😅

    Thank you for everything you do! I've been training with you every morning for years. Then I take my child to school and I'm ready to take the world by storm. I was obsessed with going to the gym in the past. Now I wouldn't be able to go back and do just that. You formed a culture and a way of training/living for me.
    I am strong, coordinated, flexible, defined and feminine at the same time. With every workout I'm sweating to the max, but it's the most revive and refreshing thing I could do.
    I am present in my life, awake!!

    I am so grateful to Kathrin for a million reasons but I just thought of one more while doing this exercise sequence ... when she stopped before the time was up, she taught me a great lesson ... it is smart and healthy to listen to your body and take a break when needed. Her credibility increased 10 x by just showing that she is human ... even though most routines I think she might be Captain Marvel and indestructible! Thank you!

    That was one of the Most difficult and challenging workout I’ve done in my Fitness journey. One of the circuit (the one with lunges and burpees) I haven’t been capable to complete every reps of each exercises wow. The others circuits I’ve pushed myself and done my best to finish every reps. It was hard but i feel proud and definetly sweaty. Thank you so so so much KayKay !!!
